This is Issue one and the title for the next paper will be Holy News Issue 2.
My papers will come out every monday (my monday) and for those with a subscription a day or two earlier in their mail box.

This was going to start as a paper rivalry between myself and Sweeney; but, since Priscilla, or whatever it is has started a similar paper to the Gwarble Barble this has turned out to be more of a mosh pit for attention. I hope my own news paper will match that of Sweeney's and Priscilla's (again whatever it is).

A new hope for LA
August 24th

TheDean and Roman have been working tirelessly to re-build the mafia world to it's former glory, previous wars in the past month/s have affected business, many dead and a whole lot of other problems have arrived onto the streets of the states of A-Merica. Talks of Rebellions, traitors, questionings of honour have surfaced, but this did not hinder TheDean's efforts to expand; re-build (who said that) and kick Magua out of his city into the wreckage of LA. Magua worked fast and released plans of his first Auth!

Magua walks out of his new HQ handing out his peace pipe to the nearest person too him, as Magua begins to help the man load up his peace pipe he begins to speak to the crowd before him, to his right CharlieCroker...

Today I am overjoyed to be able to say I am letting one of my very own go off and make something of himself in this thing of ours. CharlieCroker, I am giving him permission to setup as my captain here in the fine city of Los Angeles, as head of Los Angeles I can certainly say he will be a great asset to my city and help me grow it.

Well thats enough of me, I would like to once again congratulate CharlieCroker on his new position here in Los Angeles. May your tribe bring much respect and honor to our lands.

Magua begins to get his tribe to let out belts of joy and excitement as CharlieCroker begins to act like he's going to speak...

Charlie Croker, LHM to Magua prior to receiving his auth, Charlie was the perfect man for the job.
Magua had this to say on the matter:

Well charlie is a hard working man, I really have to admit, he really knows these streets like the back of his hand.

Charlie though, has some bad points, he doesn't like to bathe, and his mop on his head could use a trim if you ask me *wink*.

All in all charlie I would trust with my own life, with my own crew and has my full backing as far as anyone is concerned. He has worked his way through my family and has shown much great skill in many leading departments. I love his enthusiasm, his articulateness and his ability to charm ze ladies when needed :p

The team of Prophet & Co. are yet to uncover what :p is to mean but it must be something nothing less then pure genius! LA still new blood in the eight cities, well six plans on St. Louis and New Orleans are yet to be revealed, Magua is keeping some secret plan up his sleeve for LA but he has said this on the matter for LA's future:

Well, LA is still in the midst of building current members, as we are brainstorming on businesses being built, we are planning to bring in a bank, a new strip of bars as well as a building construction office will be constructed very soon for those who are interested in building businesses inside LA's walls.

Los Angeles now a bastion for all that is good in a mafioso, from the team in the Holy News Paper we wish you luck in your endevours and success in your rivalries.

Las Vegas
Does the past still haunt them?

As we all know Cruel is now heading the crime syndicates in Las Vegas, auth'd (sorta) by Roman to re-setup in Las Vegas Cruel has dealt with some tough times, ePiC; a giant of this world, but he had a rumble with fate. ePiC a good friend of mine had made a troubling mistake, underground dealings of the wrongest kind. Caught in the midst of family over friends his loyalty lied with his friends, some may call him disloyal and a traitor, but can a man who didn't turn his back on friends be disloyal or a traitor? Maybe to his family but not in general, anyway back to the main story...

Cruel had dealt with this matter, effeciently, quietly, decisively; he had taken care of the problem, the question I ask though, do the demons of Las Vegas still curse the city? We all know of the troubles Richard Kuklinski had with his subordinates, could this be a similar case? Could Las Vegas be cursed? Questions to be answered and I have found the perfect man, he is to remain anonymous for his safety but his great-grandfather was a key player in the revolts against Richard Kuklinski...

Alright let us begin Mr X...

Blood Line Hunting
It's happening whether you agree with it or not

(Disclaimer: This may be taken the wrong way, but I would advise not to make arguments on this paper about this article but rather comments or critiscisms about it. ~Prophet~)

Roman has spearheaded a new concept "negative" blood line hunting, whether it is the right thing or not is not my place to decide; but I am to report on this matter as a report/editor/interviewer (We are hiring for those that want to help me out here).

And the rest is history, and I am not a historian so go do some of your own digging for further information after this.

A lot of contreversy has spawned from these mere words, the word cheat was thrown around a lot, as Judge Death would say this speech had caught a bad case of OOCitis. Roman has/had banned these bloodlines from receiving the honour of being inducted into the upper structure of any family within Chicago, whether that includes Mademan and the ranks above it or just exclusion is yet to be found out, the team is trying to locate one of these members for an interview.

For now I am limited to the knowledge of how the Crew Leaders of the 6 criminally active cities have reacted to this. Chicago, Las Vegas and New York have take a strong stance for this movement, while Detroit and Philadelphia did not comment on their standings of this. Roman and fellow Chicago leaders did argue something of a fierce verbal battle on the streets trying to deal with these sons that... that just did NOT GET IT! Their parents had taken a risk, a risk that had backfired, they are paying for the consequences of their bloodline. What their parents did may scar their bloodline for sometime, whether it be a week or a year this will hang over them until they accept that they were in the wrong.

People might argue that this is a little harsh on the players but imagine you have/had a pet puppy... Alright you following me? Okay imagine you love him/her to death, and you wouldn't let anything happen to him/her. Now imagine that some man/men/woman/women were planning to hurt your puppy, you would try to stop them, and if you could stop them from ever hurting you puppy. That is what Roman,TheDean and Cruel have done.

Although the example may be a little strange, Roman's puppy is his city, who are you to say how he protects his puppy? That's right...

BostonGeorgeJung, a RHM to RoRoG had this to say on where he/maybe New York stands on Bloodline hunting, and Roman's decision on such harsh measures.

I believe that bloodline hunting is something that has been part of our life for far too long. When a son or daughter of an organzied crime family steps up from a civilian to thug I do belive they have a lot to learn. If you follow in the footsteps of your parent and they have been killed for a just cause even then I belive the next of kin should have a fair shot within this thing of ours. Times change as do people it's just those who have family members that hold grudges through the years that can't seem to get over it. None the less it happens and is gonna be one of those topics argued forever.

BostonGeorgeJung also had this to say on the rebels who were caught and well... executed.

I believe that the reasoning that GodFather Roman had explains it all. These families next of kin had already sought out a plan to avenge there parents. The threats were taking care of and we went back to work. People and there vendettas this is what causes the question first asked to come into place. Rouges, secret groups or organizations trying to bring down the leadership at hand. None the less only monster I have to worry about now is my wife bloodline hunting me if I don't have a seat with her at the dinner table tonight.

A lot of hard work done here, but I was just wondering. Do you really need a paper to reflect upon what the streets has been about lately? I mean I know there are some interviews in there. But your opinion of the streets doesn't necessarily need a paper? Or do they?

Again, not undercutting your hard work. Just think reflections on the streets should be layed there...not in a newspaper.

I think they do, mainly because the others were rather short. No offense to them they have put in a lot of work, but I want to give people a voice with this. That is why I am interviewing Crew Leaders, introducing a Mr X column, and more soon! This is just to get people more confident and hopefully earn me a little bit of cash, donations are welcome.

I doth not understand how one paper sharing it's views on This Thing gets questioned, it's purpose challenged, while on another street corner a newspaper doing the same exact thing, of sharing it's views on This Thing, gets praised and applauded. Can anyone explain that one?

Holy crap I haven't ever seen my actual words in a newspaper before! We natives don't get much attention, so to have people actually listen to what we have to say means we're doing something right.
