You are now able to move your HQ by using the regular HQ buy page.
If you do not own an HQ - you can buy one at full price.
If you are in the same city that you own your HQ in - the page works as a upgrade page - allowing you to upgrade at full price minus 1/2 of what you paid for your current.
If you are in a different city than you own your HQ in - it allows you to move your HQ to that city for full price minus 1/2 of what you paid for your HQ.
