I always thought this stuff was a bit of fun especially to watch from the sidelines as they would have internal conflicts and such but in the end eventually all end the same as unknown risks out there in the wild wild. I remember in previous times leaders had to pay tax and open city ideas such as this etc.

Real estate is so valuable these days and the city council has changed so much that I am not sure it will ever happen again. I guess time will tell although history does sometimes repeat itself so you never know!
