Tony was not to long ago, just an Earner. Using his vast Enforcer skills to bring in the Dough in LV. 
Well all that was about to change when LA was taken out. Years after and the streets were quiet, At that point he was still with The Firm, But his now Godfather Tyki gave him more and more responsibilities, to which Tony did his best, Which seems to have been just what he was looking for as not much longer, Tyki approached Tony with the prospect of setting up his own crew under him. 

Since he had just setup his business, The Grand Ravenite Social Club so that was easy to convert to his HQ. 
Setting up a Firearm trading company was quite easy with the connections he had in the UK and USA, Using this business to launder the money made from his other exploits. 

Now everything is setup, his RHM and LHM in position and respected within his Organization, The main goal now is to Grow LA and help it become something truly special.
