After a long and laborious battle we have finally come to the stage where we can address you all about some very important decisions we have all come to make. First up let me address the situation about References . There was a unanimous vote taken that we should from this point on do away with the referencing system. Lets face it, it didn't work. Its done with, over. This was for many different reasons which we won't go into here but it does lead on to our second decision. From this day forward EVERY leader shall be wholly responsible for the governing of his own city. We the leaders will come together on important issues affecting the worldly affairs only. Other than that we will try our best to stay out of each others business. We all deserve to be here, we all worked hard to achieve this opportunity. And so it is that we will all work as hard to ensure that our own cities are governed properly. If someone wants to give one of their member their button because they feel that they have worked hard for it, who else's business is that. Nobody. If someone wants to auth another person in their city. Exact same principle applies. The 48-hour rule is STILL in place and will be adhered to by ALL the current crew leaders. That's all for you, if there are any further developments, we will keep you posted. On a persnal note, on behalf of myself, id like to thank a few people. Apathy, SecretAgnet, Chris-Paul,AnthonyGreen,All of the UN, Animal. Sorry if i forgot names im tired. You all made this possible, without help i couldn't have even gotten close to making a change. MY family is fully prepared to work along side all of the other leaders and bring back a strivng society and move on from this bloodshed. We hope to achieve great things for ourselfs and our world. We have a firm poilcey agisnt wacking under 48 hours, we are making a change here not back peddlling. A big pet peeve of mine is disrespect, if you do it. I will kill you. |

Thanks Jonnie, well said. These are all things which I hold very strongly and will support all the way. We lost some good men over the last 24 hours and it is for those people especially that we do this now. The world as we know it got a bit pear shaped there for a bit. Bloodhunting and communal leading at a ridiculous level didnt do our world any favours. We at the UN lost 2 members just because of who their forefathers were. Every man should have a right to come into this world and make a name for himself, no matter who his father or grandfather was. You come into this world with a clean slate and your actions from the time you enter it should be the ONLY thing determining your future here. The 48 hour rule will be strictly enforced in the city of New Orleans. For a lot of people this is their first port of call and they should be given 48 hours to find their feet, its as simple as that. Thats all for now K-Dawg |

I just want to say RIP to ALL those that lost their lives in order for this change to take place. Many people that have graced this thing of ours perished over the last day and a bit and I hope all return. Yes I said all. I dont care who you are or what organization you are with, everyone has a right to choose their friends and family. Its all about respect. I look forward to seeing how things progress from here on out in the six cities. New faces will rise and fall. Its the way this thing works. Dominic |

I dont need to add anymore but to say that I agree obviously with all this and its going to be good to see making good - and im sure in some cases bad - decisions regarding promotions I always thought it shows what judgement people have by their promotions. Theres some exciting times coming up in the near future and I am looking forward to see what each leader makes of their respective cities. |

Johnny, theres nothing better to see then a strong man coming out of the woodwork and making a positive change in the world. Doing things the way you did them, and for the reasons you've explained, is an excellent influence for new members to this thing of ours. I'm not a leader, I don't mock anyone by pretending to be. What I am is a member, and I want to say, as a member, I respect you for all you've done, and I'm looking forward to seeing these new changes put into place. |

Congrats to the victors, And may all those who've died, Rest peacefully. My family will still follow the 48 hour rule, and though we are currently full, soon as we have the cash to extend the crew quarters, we'll be expanding and excepting applications. I'd like to thank the good man Jonnie for leaving this crew out of the war as much as he did and the other Crew leaders for following suit. My family will hopefully be home for many and any who wish to call it home. |

Excuse me sir... I wanted to clarify one item that you mentioned. Since each city will be an entity to its own, does this mean the leader of each city can auth as many crews in his or her own city as they wish? |

| The leaders of the six cities have agreed to this. Note that this isn't a debate. At the moment, my Chicago HQ is closed. I'll be around with any other news. Right now, I have to mourn the loss of some friends and clean up my city from the carnage that was this weekend. | |

The city of Las Vegas WILL enforce the 48 HR rule. And Rest in Peace to all those that died fighting for what they believed in regardless of what "side" they took.. And another thing.. Funeral disrespect by any of my members will not be tolerated, I don't care whose funeral it is. I see it or catch wind of it and you will die. |

I have to say, I enjoyed hearing a guy named McCock call himself a "member." Brought a smile to my face. In all seriousness, though, I couldn't agree with this more. As long as another family's policies don't directly hurt your own family, there is no reason to get involved. I've felt this way for a long, long time, yet it always seemed like I was the only one. Jonnie, one thing I have to say to is...damn good show! You wanted change and you took to it, killing everyone that stood in your way. I am glad to be a part of your family. Also, I want to thank you for taking care of the reference system, it was a crock of bullshit. I'm excited to see what we can do with this world. |

| I have to say that reverting to cities look after their own affairs is the one big change that I was hoping for. Gives us hope that we can avoid the type of leadership where one man has a say in everything that goes on in our world. | |
