The Administrators (all volunteer for the most part) have a duty to keep the MafiaReturns playing field level. When you see a member of the community executed, it is rarely a knee jerk reaction. The team members put a lot of effort and time into making the right decision. Asking for a second or third set of eyes or getting a second opinion.

When users are executed and other members of the community inquire into why they were executed it puts us in an awkward position. We give a public reason, those reasons are vague sometimes, because the situation may be more involved than "duplicate accounts" sometimes there are personal reasons, sometimes those reason can be embarrassing to the user. It wouldn't be fair to the customer to have an admin air what ever dirty laundry they have that may or may not have caused the execution.

I guess what I am saying is have some faith that the admins use due diligence when making these decisions. We can't, don't and won't play favorites and we can't "over look" rule breakers for any reason. Including veterans and big spenders.

Rules are rules, if you break them we have to take action, letting things slide for one customer isn't fair to the people that were executed before them.

If you are looking for answers, contact the executed members, 9 times out of 10 they know why they were executed. If they don't there is a good chance it was explained to them in their whisper.
