Okay, this idea came to me after reading the Business District Perks suggestion. My idea also incorporates the Rogue Vision idea. |

The only sticking point I see with this is a sudden influx of people arriving in the business districts with lengthy posts, meaning that they would all be entitled to Rogue Vision and therefore undermining the sense of achievement behind getting Rogue. Plus, to put it bluntly, there are no measures to control the actual content of their posts (save the BD managers coming along and wagging their finger). |

{Fairly certain there are already content checkers etc in place which check before awarding people vision/exp for a post so I don't think it would be too difficult to include this too} |

the problem with the long enough post, people are taking the initial buisness post; ie the menu: then boxquoting it, then responding, so it appears their response is much lengthier than it really should be. |

Yes I believe that happens. I would call that spam though. And I believe that the rules of MR include a rule about spamming. That's where the player base should step in and either hit that little 'bouncer' option and kick the person out - or report it to admins. I believe there should be some sort of responsibility when it comes to BD owners. I believe that most cities have a 'business district manager' that person, along with business owners, should be policing the posts in the BD |

Yeah, overall forcing people to post would bring an influx of spam. Sure some people would actually be posting real stuff, but generally it would be a lot of junk. If you recall, certain leaders made it a requirement to have 20 street posts and at least 1 thread in order to be made. Just that alone accounted for how many junk posts? There should be some sort of benefit given to posting, to entice the userbase to do it more. However, the should have to do it seriously. I think that paying business owners is a bad idea. However, I think it's more on the actual leaders to help bring out voices into the streets by means of contests and the like. That way, the actual users could handle the sorting of the bullshit, rather than having the game coded to benefit the posters. |
