My worst present? Well, I'm from Manchester, England. My English aunt now lives in Boston and is married to an American feller. This year, they decided he'd buy presents for the guys, she'd get presents for the girls. In a well meaning but entirely insulting gesture, my Aunt's husband figured that because he'd taken a lot of us to see the Red Sox, he'd get us a load of merchandise of another team owned by the same people. Soooo, Liverpool t shirts, hats, mugs, calendars - you name it.
And we're all Man United fans. Awkward. |
