We have just finished recoding the jail and have done our first "balance" - so far it seems pretty well balanced.


A few things to consider:


Like crimes, certain cities are easier than others - certain cities are harder than others, this now applies to the jails. You may be in a 3-4 guard range in New Orleans, but the 1-2 guard range in Philly.


You earn the most when jail breaking those in your range. You earn less when you are jail breaking people waaaaay toooooo easy for you. You also earn less when you get super lucky on some 20 guarder.


Final Summary:


* You earn the most skill/experience by busting within your range.

* You earn the least skill/experience by busting waay under or waaay above your range.

* Different cities have different difficulties, and thus, different ranges.
