It's another cold, windy Thursday in the city of Chicago. SpaceCowboy calls up his captains and their hands to meet up for a special event in the grand opening of Chicago's newly built casino. He gives everyone the address, then swiftly hangs up the phone, quickly taking his leave in a limousine. He leans forward and hands the driver a slip of paper with the address written on it and asks to be taken there. After a good forty-five minutes of traffic the driver pulls into a driveway and stops in front of a large building with a gateway around it. SpaceCowboy exits the limo and opens the gate. He looks over to his right and notices cars pulling into the driveway. Moments later Lilac, CarlGrimes and Rayden are escorted out of their cars by their hands and bodyguards. They make their way over to SpaceCowboy, following him as he pulls out his set of keys and enters the building leaving the door wide open.

Inside the building are several craps, roulette, and blackjack tables along with slot machines next to the bar area.

"This is the place I've been telling you guys about! I think it's exactly what this city needs to liven up things a bit while bringing in a good amount of cash for the city."

The others nod and smile with excited expressions. One of them asks when the grand opening will be.

"I've called you all here to get this started today. It's been far too long since this fine city has had a casino available to the public. Shall we get started on handing out these flyers I just so happened to make?"

With a grin SpaceCowboy hands flyers to the others to disperse to the public reading...
