The West Side district was not easy to take over. Al Capone had a massive wall of bodyguards protecting him but we managed to break it down shot by shot. Many hours of sleep were lost, but never the less, we found a way to prevail. Now with a newly established Godfather, this district needs an Underboss...

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm proud to present you West Side's newest Underboss, Keme!

Rather than patting her on the back, Psycho punches her in the arm and throws confetti in her face as she grimaces in pain. This came off very odd to others, but she knew this was a psychopath's way of saying 'Congratulations!'.  There was alot of weird quirks Keme had to put up with being his RHM, but now she was going to lead her own crew.

Keme my dear, you've been absolutely the most perfect RH I could ask for. You've done so much for my family that it's only right for me to assign you as the Underboss for the West Side district. I'm most comfortable with this decision because your bloodline shows great promise of running a well established family. You have leadership qualities that are hard to find!

Psychopaths rarely show emotion but he was getting choked up from the moment. He felt a frog developing in his throat so as diversion he pulls out two shot glasses and fills them with Chicago's finest whiskey. Keme cringes at the sight of whiskey but Psycho doesn't care. He gives her a look like..'Oh you're taking this shot alright'. So after shoving the shot of whiskey in her hand, he raises his own in the air.

I can't lead this district without you Keme. So let this shot signify the start of our new journey together and for Chicago's newest addition! Psycho tilts his head back and takes his shot with pleasure. Keme is reluctant at first but she manages to take the shot knowing what's good for her. She started to feel her body rejecting the shot but Psycho leans in and whispers, don't you dare throw this up and embarrass me!

Before Psycho was escorted away by his bodyguards, he threw up a 'west side' hand gesture in the air and shouted....WEST SIDE!

Congrats on your new keys to your soon to be Insanely Well Fortified HQ!

Keme we may not know each other that well. But I know of your ancestry and it has "always" shined bright and worked hard to achieve this honor present and past from my ancestors journals. I know for a fact Westside Chicago is in good hands with you and Psycho's guidance.   

I salute to you to a well long lived prospers live Keme and for more to come.

You have served Psychopath extremely well and I cant even explain how much of a help you were in the South Side as the RHM of our former UB. 

I hope you do well, grow strong...build a family remembered for ages! 

You certainly had a model GF to learn from. Now your his UB, I am sure you will do West Side proud...and the rest of Chicago as well.

Lynch saunters into the street stiff as a board, smoke billowing from a hand rolled cigarette. He spoke with a precise yet odd tone. 

"Keme, good to see you! What a great turn of event eh? After Capone was shot I knew it was only a matter of time before you and Psycho saw a promotion! Well then Keme congratulation are in order I would say! Lets begin the festivities!"

Strolling through the West Side, Neville was on his way to congratulate his dearest Keme on her auth. It had been a long journey from when Al Capone had declared war on the other Chicago families, but they had prevailed. Neville's heart was filled with pride at the way his city had reacted and laughed in the face of danger and now, he was truly excited to see Godfather Psychopath and his new Captain, Keme, to take control of the West Side.

Keme, my dear, I am extremely proud to witness the sanctioning of your own family and of you. You have given everything to your City on the path here and today we witness the next step in your ascendency to legendary status. I wish you all the best on your new endeavors over here in the West Side, and I look forward to working with you further.

Neville finished his speech before tipping his hat to his dear friend and disappearing into the gathering masses who had also come to share their words of congratulations.

Congratulations Keme, a well deserved district for a well deserving leader.

Congratulations Keme! You have worked so hard and deserve everything you have been given and will soon get. You have been a fabulous RHM to the new Godfather and will rise to the challenges faced with running your own crew. I look forward to working with you soon, but until then i'll just put this record on. 

Zyzz motions to chestbrah, the head of his of bodyguards, who walks forward with the present Zyzz has gotten Keme. Zyzz then puts it on the record player and waits for it to play. 

Once again, Warped bustles in very late to the party. She notices a bunch of tipsy mobsters and several empty flasks.

Congrats Keme. Well earned. I know you are going to do great!

Katniss approaches Keme with a large smile and a basket full of goodies.  She passes them over toward the other woman, and wrinkling her nose in delight she claps a few times in excitement.

"Beautiful Keme, congratulations!  That basket?  Oh, just some fun things for your new office and headquarters.  I figured you would need some candles and such for Titkos' office.  You know how smelly he gets after a long day of work.  Oh, where was I...?"

With a pause and a tilt of her head Katniss brought her train of thought back to it's original track.

"Oh, right!  Congratulations, Keme.  You have worked so hard for the city of Chicago, as well as for Psycho.  Always chipping in where it's needed, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get, well, for lack of a better word, 'shit' done.  I am excited to see what the future has in store for you and your new family.  I know you are going to be excellent in the West Side.  Well done, darling!"

Keme smiled at all the congratulations, shaking hands and giving out hugs she couldn't be more happier in this moment.

"Thank you so much everyone! I never planned to get this far, but now I am here to see it through! I will stand strong with Psychopath and help him build the West Side into the best side!"

Keme then leaned over and whispered to WildTurkey.

"Sorry, dear, but we're pretty good lookin' over here."

Smirking and continuing, she gave Katniss a kiss on the cheek and then raised her glass for another toast, only this time she decided to drink something other than whiskey.
