I think this entire conversation is getting way off track here and a little heated. Let me try to calm things down and get things back on track here. Now we've established that we need loyalty, respect and honor and I'm not sure if we've agreed to include Omerta or not but for the sake of serenity I will simply say it's included. Now which of those is most important? And which can we maybe put less focus on? Perhaps we should rank them in order of importance.

With all due respect David_Bowie, the original question of this thread was "How do you make something idiot proof?" Maybe you should write up a new thread for loyalty, respect, honor, and Omerta. While you are at it, how about including Integrity?
 

I would but I'm unfamiliar with writing a new thread. Is that some new sewing technique? I don't sew. I will, however, be happy to include integrity in any conversation regarding loyalty, respect, honor and possibly Omerta though that is yet to be determined.

ahhh touche' nice touch :) Actually, it is a weaving technique and requires a loom :) I know how to use one but I am way yoo lazy for such manual labor. I will be happy to comment as well  :)
