According to my records, when Roman and Premier were backstabbed, the backstabbing did not stop there. Infact, it was only the beginning of the backstabbing. Within days, those who had backstabbed the two greats were then backstabbed themselves as other backstabbers took it upon themselves to backstab the backstabbed. So who will be the 1st from the new alliance to backstab. will you be the backstabber or the backstabbed. He who backstabs first usually wins. He who is backstabbed joins those he backstabbed in a watery grave.

Backstab before you are backstabbed, otherwise you will be backstabbed by the weekend.

If someone would backstab at this point to grab more power it would be useless. On the long run they will be hunted down and lose all their respect and will never be trusted again. Is it worth it ? Those few months of power..and hate..

If you backstab and you're successful, then you're going to be more powerful than you would have been had you not; and this is the Mafia, respect is given to the victors no matter how they win. The backstabber, assuming he has successfully completed his task of backstabbing and holds all or most of the power, would have plenty of respect once his life is over.
