The door to the black Buick opened and ChaosSpike exited the vehicle. He was wearing a large smile today. He then walked to the corner of the busy street and straightened his jacket out.

"Hello all, I come today with great news. I am expanding my business operations in the South Side. I have over heard a few people recently commenting that their gambling habits need to be fed. Today I bring to them the solution so get ready to embrace this glorious news. I am happy to announce the grand opening of Chaotic 7's. This is the newest casino on the block and once business begins to flow new games will appear! Give me a call or leave a message at the desk for the game of your choice you want added. The first three customers will receive fifty thousand dollars cash to spend on the slots, or whatever they wish. Thank you all and I hope to see you out there!"

Chaos then tipped his hat and lit a cigar. The wind howled and swirled the cigar smoke upward into the sky. The door then opened for the Buick and he climbed in and sped off.

Jaden was pretty new on the scene but Casinos was somewhere he spent a lot of his time. Addiction was getting pretty old for him and 7s might be the new spot for him. All they had when he walked in was slot machines. Rows and rows of slot machines. He knew it was a new casino but damn. He needed his Blackjack. He sat down at one of the slot machines and BOOM.

Winner! You Won $5,000 and your initial bet of $5,000 was returned!

The Machine roared at him. The lights at the top went off.

Jaden had made a new home.

Ziva walks over, deep in conversation with one of her entourage of bodyguards. As she approaches ChaosSpike's car, recognising it and wondering if his appearance has anything to do with the opening of his casino, the words "just lend me a couple of hundred to play with and I'll give you half the winnings as a bonus" and "I'll remember this next time you want an advance on your wages to pay your wife to not leave you after you have an affair". 

Waving the bemused looking bodyguard backwards, she lights a cigarette and inhales deeply.

Congratulations on your latest venture ChaosSpike, it's truly fantastic to see yet more positive developments in the windy city, I wish you every success and I'm sure you'll be seeing plenty of my crews money in there. But definitely not mine. Oh no, not mine. 

Ziva whips her head around to glare at the offending bodyguard.

I'll be sure to drop around as soon as I can and help get things rolling in there!

Gambling hungrily within my home city protected by my fortifications... nothing can hurt me... just my wallet ;)

BrickTop flicks the coin at a homeless bum on the streets, who picks up the coin and instantly throws it in the drain, knowing it was a fake. Perhaps someone should keep an eye on BrickTop when he is in the casino, he may not play a fair game.
