Lynch finished his business for the day, straightened his suspenders and hopped in his Rolls, telling the driver to head to the center of town. It had been a long and busy few weeks since the may-day war and in that time he has seen everything from a renewal of his network television show which brought him his Godfather position and a bloody takedown leaving Detroit bare.

It was time to see one more thing though, and time for the people to have a little fun, he thought to himself as his chauffeur dropped him off at the local gathering place, a hole in the wall Italian restaurant. Taking his time he exited the vehicle and address the mobsters eating their baked ziti and gabagool.

“Ok. Right then. I’ve come to make an announcement to you all. Now its two fold in nature so take a sip of coffee and lean in folks.

First off. We here in the West Side are going to be hosting The First Annual Mafia Prom. That’s right, so hold your guy and grab ya gal and get ready for the sock hop in the old Wild West Gymnasium. Music will be from an assortment of time periods that feel a bit new wave. We’ll be voting for a prom king and queen, doing the cha’cha, and having a generally pleasant time at a yet to be disclosed establishment in the Chicago business district as well as taking up a street on IRC Avenue, but if your gonna show up, be sure to show up with your name tag so we know who you are. (OOC: there will be a RP business district thread for the event and an In character irc room, IRC must use your in game nick while in the room, it will be considered in character.) We won’t skimp on the booze so jails are likely to ensue in the city.

Dates are encouraged but not mandatory. There will be a live photographer to commemorate any special occasions that may take place. The prom will occure on Friday the 21st. More information will be available soon, which brings me to my next point.

Holding the first ever Mafia Prom is a large endeavor, one that I cannot take on alone. That is why today I will be authing Anomaly under me to run his own family, The Windy City Prom Committee. Together we will co-sponsor this event and make it the greatest social event in mafia History."

Anomaly steps out of the crowd and stands beside Lynch.

"Anomaly, this has been a long time coming. I know that you will do a great job as you would have any other time this offer was made to your bloodline when you were unable to accept. I can’t wait to see you build the family I’ve been waiting to see all these years. The Windy City Prom Committee will be forever remembered in the West Side after this day."

Anomaly turns to shake Godfather Lynch's hand. 

Thank you for this great opportunity sir, I am looking forward to making this the best prom anyone has ever seen. I also hope to have a huge attendance.

Anomaly walks through the crowd of people to his ride, and leave to go work on his HQ. 

BrickTop pushes his bodyguard Errol to one side and steps forward with a big smile on his face.

"A prom you say?" BrickTop straightens his tie, "Well i myself may be one of the older generations here, but i bet you your dollar over my hap'ney i can get the most beautiful girl on these shores to accompany my to that prom. I will have to don myself a new suit, only the best, hand tailored with a silk bow tie and my date will be lavished in precious jewellery to support the occasion."

BrickTop seems very confident in himself, that an old timer like him can easily use his connections and money to find a gold-digger willing enough to go with him that evening, and failing that, south side has an up market escort parlor, much classier than those ladies of the night you usually see on street corners.

"So what have it ladies, any of you looking for a good night and wish yo accompany myself, the one and only BrickTop to the prom? If not, im sure my friends the pigs will have something to say about this."

Arrow had heard the exciting news! Something about Anomaly and a prom, a prom! She had thought to herself, she never had proms in Serbia or anywhere really, they were truly not in the lifestyle of her well, life.

'A prom? I've always wanted to go to one, perhaps I'll ask Zalitz to it' Arrow knew Zalitz was a lone kitten and didn't have many friends in this world but Arrow was one of the few that understood the cat.

'I'm sure you'll find someone nice BrickTop, your type of people ALWAYS find someone nice.'

Arrow smiled gleefully and went to look for Zalitz to tell him the good news

It's great to see the West Side continue to expand and improve.

Congratulations Anomaly, your hard work for SammyGravano has been justly rewarded. I look forward to spiking the punch at the prom..they'll never see me coming.
