In the middle of the afternoon in Downtown Detroit, at the Dynasty Headquarters; QuintenTarantino is on a couple calls between the building contractor and the gambling commission concerning his plans for a new Casino in Downtown. a light knock is heard upon the office door. Mad Hatter enters in seeing the boss is on the phone. QuintenTarantino notices his precedence and motions for him to sit down, the frustrated and overall work he has to do for this preparation, the Boss hangs the phone up.

My old friend, I have called you into my office today because we have some new business to discuss concerning, Downtown. I'm opening a Casino. I have got all the legal permits and building inspections already done. So I need you to get out into the street and advertise the Dynasty's new business enterprise.

The Mad Hatter rubs his hands together, he thinks about all the possibilities, while Quinten is giving him orders

Stop your damn daydreaming... you tea drinking freak, pay attention!

The Mad Hatter looks up and gives a faint smile.

Sorry Boss, the thought of all that possible money, just got me to dreaming.

QuintenTarantino's phone rings again, he waves to dismiss Mad Hatter. Hatter, exits the office and sees Allen Walker, A Made Man within the Dynasty. Archer, one of his Associates/Enforcer stands ready the Lobby of the Hall.

Hey Boys get your coats, we got a job to do for the boss. Pick up them boxes of flyers for our new venue.

Allen Walker and Archer pick up the boxes of flyers, Mad Hatter leads them outside the HQ main gates. Mad Hatter steps up onto a soap box and raises his voice so the people can hear him.

Ladies and gentlemen, card sharks and gambling junkies, the great city of Downtown Detroit, has great news; our great leader QuintenTarantino feels that the time has come to open the doors of his Casino. "Cloud Nine" to the public, we invite the entirety of this community, so bring your wallets, purses and piggy banks; we will take them all. Come on down and try your luck!

Archer and Allen Walker starts to pass the flyers to the crowd of people.

Archer gets the orders from Mad-Hatter. As he is listening to Mad-Hatter orders he starts to daydream about how much greatness this would bring to the family and the HQ.

Mad-Hatter realizes that Archer isn't listening. he raises his voice;

WHAT THE SHIT ARCHER!? Pay attention!

Archer responds;

Sorry sir.

Archer gets the rest of the orders from Mad-Hatter.

Ok sir. I wont let you down. As the men are shaking hands the phone rings. Hatter answers.

 "This is Mad-Hatter....Yes sir...? Hold on one second."

Hatter looks at Archer and speaks "Ok, this is Q and he isn't happy." He waves out archer and archer leaves.

Archer meets up with Walker. The two men start walking down the street and passes out flyers. As Walker is doing his speech, Archer goes down the street more and hands out flyer.

"Come one!!! Come all! Come and press your luck at Cloud Nine Casino!

Archer passes out the flyers and people seem interested.
