Ochoa walks out from his HQ in Staten Island. Puts down his beer after the Staten party and finds Anarchy in the coffee shop. Anarchy. I hate to leave you crew like this, even after you invited me with open arms. But Brooklyn needs some help with the rebuilding of the great district. Ochoa sees Anarchy with a tear in his eye. Anarchy looks at Ochoa Anarchy says "I have never been so glad to see you take up being a Crew Leader like me" Ochoa is confuse, but accepts the complement and says his goodbye to Anarchy Hello My name is Ochoa. I have only been here for about 1 year with only 2 characters making somewhat been know ochoa and Cpt-Sparrow. I want to help rebuild Brooklyn.
