PercyPugnose was once again out in the Street, having spent the previous evening incarcerated. It had been a long night for our hero, having first of all been delayed by wide-load Gimpanzee to the point that he couldn't even give his take to the crew, to finally trotting off to bed only to have the local boys in blue kicking in his door.

"Bastards" He muttered to himself. The worst part of it was they weren't even thin, the force had sent out their heaviest, ugliest pair of chumps to pick him up and bring him in and Percy was damn sure they had done it on purpose.

"Bastards." He said again, working the muscle in his sore shoulder.

His night hadn't ended after being tossed in the cell. Around 2AM, four of the fattest people ever to wear a badge had waddled their way in, smiling like they were about to get a second helping of potatoes, before systematically laying into him. Percy was as gratefully received as a roast dinner to them, their eyes lighting up as they tucked into him. He was beaten like an egg with batons and cudgels, leaving him crying and broken up against his cot. 

The roughing up felt like hours to Percy, but eventually, they had picked him up, with much grunting and wheezing from the physical exertion of bending down, and tossed him out onto the street having clearly made their point. Percy was sore about it but he knew what he had to do. These giants of men had inflicted a change on Percy and he knew right away that today felt different than yesterday. What he had interpreted as his calling the night before, to make chubby people like Ragnar_Lothbrok wear a sign announcing their pleasantly plump status, was clearly ridiculous and impossible to sustain. These mammoth beasts needed praising, not shaming, Percy reflected thinking of the majestic beating he had received from those meaty fists the previous evening. 

He hobbled back towards his house with a new plan in mind. He would make a new sign for the larger gentleman to sport, better and more worthy than before. It would be to praise these paragons of comfort eating and elevate them to the heavily reinforced pedestals that they deserved to occupy.
