Hey folks, I know most people probably don't keep an eye on the suggestions. back while the Player commision was a thing, a suggestion was made regarding burying a witness statement by bribing potential witnesses. The PC briefly discussed it, and then it died off with little or no input from anyone else. 

So, Here's my little opinion pole. As part of a seperate suggestion, this concept was re-mentioned.

That link is to the origianal suggestion to bribe witnesses. It your willing to help me get a feel for public opinion, red the suggestion, and give me a yes or no answer to would you support the suggestion. Reasons are welcome, but not necessary.

Yes I would agree with it.

I also like the idea of there being a random (low) % chance of no witness statement being sent out at all when a shot is taken.

As it stands stealth is almost totally useless, this would help it out greatly.
