With the current extortion scheme of Jeddy upon the already pathetic city of Philadelphia it seems like its just a matter of time before New York wipes them clean and put their own auths in there.

Why isn't Philly making a strike first? They pretty much are just waiting to either be succesfully extorted and publicly disrespected or just get killed and taken over. Kind of pathetic, honestly.
