It had been years since the government increased the pressure on the citizens of Black Bottom Detroit. But still it is still a fresh and pain-full memory for everyone as is led to a true blood bath. During the start of the Great Crisis the government started dropping funds for the local food banks and other social funds. This immediately led to higher mortality rate seen through-out the district. 

The people where furious, but also had no clue on what they could do to solve their problems. This gave small gangs the chance to grow rapidly and push the crime rates up to staggering levels in no-time. The gap between poor and rich started growing and was heading for total chaos. . .Until that horrible day.

It was a sunny afternoon and there were hundreds of people out-side enjoying the sun. In the distance large police trucks pulled up towards the head quarters of the proclaimed leader of Black Bottom crime syndicate. Within minutes the enjoyment was over as a police commandant stepped out of a large armored truck with a microphone in his hand that was connected to the speakers on top.

'This is the commandant of the Detroit police department. Surrender at once and there will be no harm done.'

The words sent threw the speakers could be heard threw the entire district and the mood turned even more grim then it was before. Slowly mobsters started popping up in-front of the windows in the head-quarters with automatic weapons loaded and ready. The police hadn't come unprepared either as police officers started jumping out of the back of the truck.

'This is your only chan. . .' 

half way his sentence the commandant was shot in the head. Blood pored from his penetrated skull and there was a moment of silence as the booming sound of the shot echoed threw the streets.

'If you want us out of here, you will have to kill us all one by one!' The crew leader yelled from the rooftop with a smoking rifle in his hands.
