I guess Bootlet couldn't be arsed giving a proper explanation.
Basically it means you are or have been active in the streets. I suppose you know about the "on the 20's" free credit give away? Every hour at 20 past a free credit code is given away in #DivineLunacy on IRC. As well as this a free credit is given completely randomly for forum activity. So because you are active in the forums your name was randomly selected to recieve a free credit. As long as you have Forum VIP status.
Seems you were quite lucky to get 2 within 18 hours or so. |
