Sydney walks past the many trick or treaters running around and pushes a milk crate next to a street lamp. She carefully climbs up, holding onto the post for support, and clears her throat.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Today we saw many of our leaders apprehended and thankfully some have returned to their proper homes.. Unfortunately, at this time, Las Vegas' dear Don Chekov still remains missing. Before his disappearance he had made very clear plans to auth his long time loyal member Joseph Ligambi. Paradise Upper Structure has decided to go ahead and move forward with Chekov's plans of authing Mr Ligambi to help house the members that were made homeless with the loss of Chekov.

We ask that nobody points their guns at him, as he is not a rouge. Hopefully our fellow leader returns home to us, but if not we will be continuing on with our plans to build Paradise. Thank you all."

The young woman curtsies to the crowd before stepping down and chasing after a man dressed up as a big orange balloon.
