TopCat was sitting down waiting for his appointment with Steve who handled all the construction permits. He was staring at the secretary she was young and attractive but ignored his attempts to flirt with her. Instead TopCat was busy reading the paper he skipped straight to the sports section the Giants won the World series beating the Senators in five games. TopCat shook his head he had lost $100,000 on the Senators to take the series he missed the days when you could fix games. Not only that but Johnny-Rochy bet $1,000,000 on the Senators to win because TopCat persuaded him now that he lost it all Johnny was gonna kill TopCat.

Secretary:"Sir, Mr. Steve would like to see you now."

Being part of the Union TopCat always had to do some file out some paperwork every year renewing some permits allowing them to work on the city contracts. Truth was they never did anything but took the money and kept quiet City hall knew but they were too scared to do anything because Mr.Ross ran the Union and they knew you that you don't fuck with Mr.Ross.

TopCat:"Well that handles everything for this year. See you next year Stevie."

Steve: "No problem. You hear about the new Casino they're building downtown on The Strip?"

TopCat: "Not really? Who's the developer?"

Steve: "Some guy out of Delaware city Tyler Durden."

TopCat got out of his seat and pushed Steve against the wall. This explains why TopCat saw Tyler the other day he was planning expansion into Vegas which meant trouble for him, Mr.Ross, and the Las Vegas crime syndicate.

TopCat: "Tyler motherfucking Durden? Stevie boy out of everyone you could allow to setup something here you give it to that bastard?"

Steve is nervous and sweating

Steve: "What I didn't know? What's so bad about him?"

TopCat: "Don't you read the news? He's trouble he made the mayor from Delaware city his bitch. You know what they have in Delaware city now because of him? Motherfuckin cockroaches that right roaches he makes people eat them. Do you want to eat cockroaches for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Steve: "Well..I..no"

TopCat: "Exactly. Do you know where he is?"

Steve:"Well I heard he is having dinner with the Mayor later on today at Benny's."

TopCat: "Shit"

Topcat uses one of the phones in the office and calls Mr.Ross and informs him of the situation.

CrissCross:"Shit get Johnny and the boys and meet me at Happy endings. We're gonna stop Tyler before he sinks his teeth deep in this city. We're gonna ship him back to Delaware city in pieces."
