Congratulations Ted!  It was a long time coming. You have your own Head Quarters now.  Can't wait to see the many things you bring towards South Side.

Sam lights a cigarette up and walks back towards the streets.   

Surrounded by his guards, Vandlgat observes the seeming brutal take over of this HQ that Ted now calls his own. The armed guards laugh, as Vandlgat laughs, at the former occupants of the building as they scurry about the streets in panic and fright. 

Vandlgat speaks,"Well, this is an exciting time indeed. The expansion of old families and creation of new crews has me with a feeling of inspiration!." He turns to face his most loyal bodyguard,"pass me my harmonica!"

Vandlgat begins to walk and his gaurds follow suit. He improvises a smooth blues tune in honor of this thing he has witnessed, forcing his way through the sharp Chicago wind.

"May you and your crew prosper in all your endeavors!" is what Vandlgat shouts as he enters a local bakery to purchase some fresh cooked bread. :]
