Spring had finally gotten herself settle in Detroit. She was learning the ways of the city and learning the city to its fullest. All the alleys and quickest routes to anywhere she would need to go. She had a knack for learning things like the back of her hand and she made a point to do so. She just never knew when it would come into play.

Spring had gotten herself a room at a local hotel near the Headquarters. She had offered to help clean the place if her weekly price was cut by 50%. If anything she was not afraid of hard work and the cleaning job would come in handy if anyone needed references of her character for a job later on down the road.

Her second job was of course something not commonly known to civilians. They didn't need to know she knocked over post offices or took money from prostitution rings. They certainly did not need to know that she bought and sold drugs. They'd never believe that she wasn't a user. A foreigner still so she needed to uphold her reputation amongst the civilians. She needed to appear to have a regular job and be just like them. People weren't very welcoming of those that were different. She certainly was not like them.

Spring was on a day off from her hotel. Today she had a task to do for the Don Freak himself. It was her turn to do his errands. Her first stop was the dry cleaners. Who knew a freak could be so fussy about his clothes but not his hair?  She mused herself on these thoughts all the way to the dry cleaners.

Stepping through the doors she stood patiently at the counter. Once it was her turn she smiled brightly and asked for Fear's suit.

"Here to pick up Fear's suit. " She asked cheerily.

"Ah yes here you are ma'am." The man at the place gave her his suit and she took it gratefully after paying.

Spring skipped along the streets of Detroit. The suit flung over one arm as she made her way through the alleys. The alley nearest the headquarters she heard an argument. Quietly she crept in that direction. It appeared that they were arguing over a pickpocket attempt.
She pushed her wallet deep into her pocket and moved the knife she carried up her sleeve before stepping out between the two.

"Good day Sirs. How might you be today?"

She gave her best cheery grin and waited patiently.

"Well you see Miss you should stay away from that one there. He just tried to rob me."

She could only guess this man either had no clue about defending himself or he was a civilian. She nodded gravely as he told his story to her. The other man was slipping behind her. She figured he was about to try her pockets but she didn't let on that she knew. She just kept chatting happily to the other man.

In one swift movement the man lunged for her. He was clumsy and she was quick on her feet. All those dance classes back home were finally paying off. With a quick swipe of her hand she had cut his forearm.

"Tart!" He yelled at her.

"Now is that any way to talk to a lady?" Spring asked. She was still smiling as usual. Her cheery demeanor still there but the knife was in her hand and dripping blood. She stepped closer to him and he continued to back away.

"Now if you wouldn't mind leaving me alone. I now have to get this suit back to the cleaners."

With a quick turn Spring ran off in the direction of the cleaners. She got them to clean the stain and sat there to wait for it. Once the suit was clean she asked for a suit bag. This time there would be no incidents on her way back to deliver her bosses suit.

Spring arrived back at the headquarters and handed Fear his suit. She even sprung for a coffee to distract him from the fact that she was late.
