Sidious strolls down the heart of the Chicago Business District, and can't help but still have a feeling of emptiness, yearning for something more. Suddenly, an idea fills his head, one that he feels will invigorate the streets of the city he as been asked to care for. He eagerly rushes back to his headquarters and prepares the plan. Upon completion, he steps back and begins to think about all the wonderful things that could come from this to his beloved city, and he can't help but to smile at Kizzy over what he's about to unveil to those on the streets. He steps out of his North Side headquarters with a few guards surrounding him, and Kizzy close behind, and gets the attention of those mulling about on the streets

A short while ago, when I was handed the keys to the Windy City, I mentioned my desire to revitalize the city business district. Up until this point, I've seen minimal interest from people in setting up a business here in Chicago, so I've decided to up the ante a bit and put forth a new challenge to the residents of the seven cities.

I give to you my friends, The Chicago Business Bonanza.

The objective of this challenge is to bring intelligent and hard working entrepreneurs to Chicago, ones who are looking to provide nothing but the finest services for the visitors and residents of this great city.

Here is how the challenge will be run:

1.If you are interested in setting up a business here in Chicago, you must contact me and fill out our city business application for review.

2.Upon initial approval, you will submit to me your business blueprint, which either myself or Kizzy will give the final approval to so that you may open up shop.

3.The challenge will run for two weeks. It will end on July 21 00:00 MR time.

4.All we ask is for you to work hard at your business: Promote it, make it thrive, and give back to the community.

5.Upon completion of the challenge, myself and my top associates will judge the progress of each business in the following areas:

A.Initial Business Blueprint B.Business Popularity and Traffic C.Services Provided D.Customer Satisfaction

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

First Place: $1,000,000

Second Place: $500,000

Third Place: $250,000

We reserve the right to shut down any business that is not up to our high standards once it opens.

Current businesses of Chicago, excluding those run by myself and Kizzy, are also eligible for the prizes.

Kizzy and I look forward to hearing many great business ideas in the very near future, so please don't hesitate to send us your business proposals.
