It was a warm summer day at the Salerno Estate, Tony was looking at his grapes that one day he'd hope he would be able to use the same 

recipe for the home made wine his father made in the 'old country'. But as he was looking at the grapes he heard his wife yell for him to come 

inside quickly! As Tony ran inside he saw one of his business associates waiting for him in his office.

"What can I do for you Giovanni?"

Tony asked as he sat behind his desk lighting his cigar.

"Well Anthony, it seems that one of the stores we have under our protection refuses to carry our brand of tomato sauce."

Giovanni lit up his cigarette to hide the fact that he was obviously upset at the store owner but hated to show his emotions so each time he 

wanted to hide his emotions he lit up a cigarette.

As a way to earn a clean amount of cash Anthony and Giovanni used their drug profits to open up a tomato import and export business called 

A&G Import & Export. They made it very profitable by 'convincing' store owners the food they imported namely tomatoes, which they turned 

into and canned their own sauce to sell, was the best in the Detroit area and if a store owner refused the consequences were that their 

deliveries would be stopped, windows smashed and in some cases stores were blown up.

"Well."

Anthony finally broke the silence after being in deep thought which was becoming more common as he got older and wiser.

"Giovanni, what I suggest you do is simply go to the store owner and simply state that our tomatoes and tomato sauce is the best in Detroit 

and if that doesn't work then tell me and I will go to the store owner personally."


As the days went by the store owner came too see Anthony personally at A&G Import & Export. He was very furious and distraught. It turned 

out that the store owners' business was bombed even though Anthony told Giovanni that if the owner refused again he would talk to him before 

drastic measures would be used. The men spoke for a while and Anthony found out that the only reason that the store owner refused Giovanni 

multiple times was that Giovanni was charging 25% more for tomato sauce and whole tomatoes than what Anthony knew, and he quickly 

realized that his 'partner and friend' Giovanni was pocketing that 25% for himself. So Anthony gave the store owner money to reopen a new 

shop. He also agreed to give the owner a discount on fresh items to sell to make money again.


After having his former partner disappear Anthony got to buy back the rest of the company from his partners widow at a pretty decent discount 

but enough to make sure the widow wouldn't have to work for a few years and get monthly checks to pay for things their family needed, the 

way Anthony saw it was why should the family suffer for Giovanni's greed? So in his office in A&G Import & Export, he was just finalizing the 

name for the new name of the business. To show that his Import & Export business was the best in and to avoid unneeded violence he called his business...

"Salerno's Finest".
