I'm tired of associates making random charged statement  to people who they are not acquainted with. This in my opinion is sexual harassment and very disrespectful,  and even more so when these statements are to someone in a leadership position.

I personally think that all offenders should be shot.

If that's the case, then yes, perhaps they should be shot. Harassment isn't something I take lightly myself, but in cases such as the one you're mentioning.. City hall isn't too far off, either.

I agree. This is ridiculous. For you to come out into the street, and contradict yourself is not a good look on your behalf. Maybe next time you should think out what your going to say in the streets before you come out here and look like a hypocrite.

I fully agree that certain things should never be said to others just randomly. I mean if i said some of the things Absolut has mailed me randomly,I would have to be killed as well.

All kidding aside,as far back as I can recall if these things are reported to your leaders and the proper channels are followed,it will get dealt with.

But Dean, do you agreee with me that this is not something that had to be broughten to the streets? I don't think it was a good move for a Right Hand Man to make.

Well i will say it could have been filled with more information,but then again i am assuming Kaz is slightly annoyed when this was written. I been there and done that, said everything I had to in hurry to make my point known,only to come up short after the fact.

I do not think this was a bad move at all, Kaz never addressed a specific person at all. Kaz stated that certain material should not just be randomly sent to people you don't know. Especially topics involving sexual harrassment content. It is a serious thing that does happen here. I personally have not been offended by it, but i do know many people over the years who did not handle it very well.

Kaz brought it to the masses, and yes i do agree, anyone who does this type of thing should indeed suffer the consequences for their actions. I do not condone just outright shooting whoever upsets you, but follow the proper channels and it WILL get settled.

You're right dean, i rushed my statement but the overall message was still conveyed. MistaBiggz either 1.) doesn't want to understand what i'm saying, 2.) took offense to my statements because he is guilty of such acts, or 3.) is a perfect example of the saying "common sense isn't so common after all."

I dont believe in senseless violence and i'm an advocate for foloowing protocol and using the proper chennels to address issues.

I think all unwarranted advances which are considered disrespectful should be reported to the offender's superiors.

And secondly, I don't think that the way you have come into the streets is appropriate for some one with your "leadership position", as you say. This was obviously written out of anger or frustration, which is not how you should condone yourself in the streets. I'm positive that you would'nt want other members of your family to act on emotions rather than logical thinking.

That's weird, because I'm the first person to spell something wrong. I didn't write that. I cam to the streets and saw that it said a post from "Silent_But_Deadly", which was odd because I did'nt. I'll be talking with the HelpDesk to get this all figured out.

Silent, you are in no position to question my actions as a leader. Especially when it's left to opinion. I haven't said anything that was  out of place or unbecoming of me, so your statement is just an opinion with no policies or facts to back it so i'd suggest that you keep said opinions to yourself.

Shottakaz, that was not me. I have no problem with you nor the way you posted this thread. All I did was read the thread and saw that it said I posted a reply when I did not. I agree with you about the sexual harassment and would not even disagree for one second. I'm talking to HelpDesk right now to figure out this whole thing.
