''Los Angeles City, forget the things you heard about the place. About The ''New'' Los Angeles. Hell's Kitchen is called Savannah now. Main Park... Full of tourists. But its not real. The old Los Angeles is waiting just below the surface, boiling hot. There is nothing to help you when the darkness falls. You are laid open so that the world can rummage in your guts. Just because the powerful people chased away the monsters, chased them to New York City or Chicago, Dont think this place has changed. Not in it's heart. Not where it lives. Do not fall in Los Angeles city. No one is going to catch you.'' Frank thinked in his mind as he walked around the dark alleys of the Los Angeles City until he heard a woman scream ''Help, Somebody help!'' . He quickly turned to where the scream came from and saw some-one trying to steal the woman's bag. The guy turned at Frank ''Oh no!It's you, The Punisher!'' and Frank looked at him ''You got that right'' then breaked his neck in the second. Frank looked at the woman ''Why are you out on the streets this late, lady?'' , the woman looked at Frank '' There was a party going on in that crack-house over there, ı decided to leave early then you showed up, sweety'' . Frank looked at the woman, carefully ''Go home, Miss'' then started to walk to the main door of the building ''Locked.. I need to find a way in'' . Frank saw some stairs leading down to the basement, so he took the way. Frank silently reached the guy at the door, who turned his back on Punisher, and breaked his neck then grabbed his hand-gun. He walked straight on the corridor and shot 2 guys in the head. He reached the entrance door . He breaked the door and grabbed one of the thug as human-shield. Frank shot his way through the first floor and reached the second floor, then threw the human shield out the window. He took the elevator to the 4th, top floor, floor. Frank grabbed the shotgun from the wall and shot 2 guys in-front of him, hid behind the wall while changing bullets, reloaded the gun and shot the last guy. Frank threw away the gun because it ran-out of bullets, walked past the corridor and breaked the door leading to the main party room. The guy looked at him in shock, it was the mayor of the city who was running the operation. Frank dragged him to the balcony, stared at him in the eyes then sended threw him to the road from the balcony ''Criminals, mafia bosses, thugs, scum of the streets and now the politicans are in the business too. Back in my day they used to be the good guys, but not anymore. This city will never change, this country will never change, this world..... will never change.....................''

Doctor Psychotic was doing surgery on one of his unfortunate patients. They were laying in a bathtub full of ice, Doctor Psychotic was harvesting their organs and selling them on the black market for a sizeable profit. He lived in a very large compound, surrounded by armed guards who were specially trained in defending neck breaking techniques from all different angle. These guards did not carry weapons as they were all trained in the martial arts. However they did wear full body armor that left no body part uncovered. Doctor Psychotic had a fresh set of victims on a daily basis. He would pay the local police force to deliver gang members, wife's husbands, and children. Doctor Psychotic never left the compound, though he was rich enough to have heat seeking turrets installed on every wall, as well as cameras which were also connected to the turrets. He had four guard towers, one for each corner of the compound, each guard in the tower manned a spotlight and a 50 Caliber Sniper Rifle. Razor wire lined the fences that were surrounded by walls outside the compound. Motion sensors lit up the whole property line of the compound, which if set off would set off the alarms. 

Doctor Psychotic had heard of Frank castle, but he wasn't worried, there was no way that maniac was getting into his compound without catching a couple of bullets in the chest. Screams could be heard in the night as surgeries took place. Doctor Psychotic would not use any aesthetics during operation time, which was more fun to him. He dared Frank Castle to interfere with his work as he let out an evil laugh.
