Sharing an IP? Report it! Started by: tiggy at May 26, '10 12:14

We understand that many of you play from public locations such as work or school, we also understand that you may have family members that also play the game.  In order to ensure the security of our game we have asked that you report your relationship and location using our fancy IP Sharing Report Form located in your Management Menu.

If any of the situations listed below describe you please be sure to report:

- Playing from work.
- Playing from school.
- Playing from a library.
- Multiple players in one home.
- Playing from a family member or friend's house.
- Playing from a net cafe.
- Playing from a wireless hot spot.
- Playing using a cellular phone (Yes, even when it is plugged into your computer and being used as a modem.)
- Playing from any location that is public not listed above.
- Using a Dongle or other device that allows you to connect to a public network.
- Playing from any location or using any device that may have a shared IP

Now, let me make something clear.  We, as Assistants, do NOT have to mail you and remind you.  We do have all the right in the world to admin wack you for breaking the rules, IP reporting IS a rule.  However, most of us choose to contact you first... You may even get more than one letter informing you that you have forgotten to report... If you refuse to report IP sharing or argue the fact with one of us we can "punish" you.  Punishment may be death... Or it may be a span of time spent in our wonderful jails.

So please, when you sign up with a new character report your IP sharing.

If you are found sharing an IP and are in fact "Dupe Wacked" we will NOT revive you.  It is your responsibility to remember to report.

Thank you for your time!
