There should be a way to attack someone without shooting them, just like mugging but a seprate feature.

Example- P: F: T: A: M: Pp: J:

With some mugging rules for those people who say they are not Ppf.. Pp you and fly like its all good.

Not with the mug button, now you can mug when you catch up with them.

Only thing is it would have a 12hr timer.

It's on a timer now... IF you see who PPs you, you can mug them without affecting your PP or Attack timer for a specified period of time.. Just not 12 hours. So what you "want" MadMax already exists in a way that most of the players and coders agree suits the game in a role play manner.
