The reason is simple. In our great book, the Qu'ran - Al-Ma’idah: 3 - it was written "Forbidden to you are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked a name other than that of Allah.” And as pig is swine, we follow the Qu'ran and do not eat it. Unlike the Christians, who even though says in their story book "the swine, as he divideth the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you. Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch, they are unclean to you" still eat pork.

Although this should not be surprising as we all know Christians fail to follow their teachings. Adulterous, drinking, thieving, murderous infidels. First it we will bring New York to its knees, then the rest of America. Then the world. We will exterminate all pigs so the world becomes swine free and we will all live free, as one people, one religion, one direction.

I'm not a religious guy and I love to bring home the BACON! Plus I prefer not to command my life to a book. But hey, each to their own.
