To clarify a bit more, for i do not want any loopholes, The crowd has to PARTAKE in the Speech. This Competition starts Now and ends july 22. Yes you have five days to think of a speech and grab the biggest crowd out there. If you cant find any motivation look at previous speeches and how much this can help you and your family if you win this cash.

Simple i hope. If you wish to partake in this competition there is you must declare it. So announce your speech in the streets and right after it say the THREE MILLION.
