The Plague Palace

Business and New York have been inextricably bound since the city's beginnings in the early years of this century.The Plague crime family is one of the newest syndicates of the Cosa Nostra criminal phenomenon in the United States and The Plague Palace is their headquarter.

A massive building,with about 20 different ventures,including a luxurious casino and an up-scale bar. A building built out of concrete,with mahoe doors and reinforced windows. Restaurant,capable of holding over 80 people at any given time plus the casino boasting the highest gambling stakes, and as for the bar,well,look around you can spot new mobsters drinking beer and at the end of the 'V' shaped counter you see the Godfathers,Wise Guys etc enjoying our special Goût de Diamants, Taste of Diamonds.

Plague Palace is owned by Ky-Mani.Outside of criminal circles,Ky-Mani was largely unknown in the city, but his meteoric rise in the criminal world since this decade has been matched with growing interest in his personal history.

Jen had received an invite from Ky-Mani regarding his latest business and she was rather excited to see it. After a bit of arguing with her bodyguards, she put her foot down and ultimately got her way. She stood outside the front doors and looked up at the sign and grinned. "Beautiful," she muttered before wandering in and seeing if she couldn't find a drink and the owner of the place. 

Spots Jen steppping in and sends a messenger to her.....she comes and takes her seat.

What are you drinking?  Chateau d'Yquem or Goût de Diamants?

Pours two drinks and begin to chat......

Husky was new to the life. But even someone as green as him had heard about the Plague Palace. For someone used to tough guys drinking moonshine in a back alley bar, this was something surreal. He felt horribly out of place in his soot stained fedora, smoking his cheap cigar. He shook his head, turned around and decided to leave. That's when the Barkeep spotted him...

Walking in Downtown Detroit Frank spots The Plaque Palace; he always wondered why people call their clubs and bars palaces.  After looking at the building for a few minutes while smoking his cigarette he decided to step inside after all he wanted check out all Detroit had to offer while he was there to tie up loose ends. 

He saw a few men of honor and a lot of associates working hard to get there buttons.  Shaking his head he knew that in time he would get it of at least be rich enough it didn't matter.  Stepping up to the bar he gave a smirk and place he drink order.

a bourbon on the rocks please.

He saw Husky at the end of the sidewalk crossing over the crosswal tried to catch up to him but he realized that his shoelaces were all loosen up.He crouched to tie them back again.When it is all good again he got back on his feet and looked around.''Where did Husky go ?'' he said and saw a big ass building  The Plague Palace written on it with a red neon coloured exotic font.''Probaby he went there'' he thought.When he entered the casino section of the building , immediately a bouncer appeared in front of him.''Who are you and have you got money to get in here?'' bouncer said.Joseph smiled because of his paycheck before he left the HQ.He squeezed 200 dolars in bouncers strong and big hands.''Hahaha people wipe their asses with that amount of money in here.Get out of here!'' bouncer said.Ky-Mani was inspecting the talk from a distance.He put his hand on the bouncer's shoulders and ''Everyone's ass is different maybe we need to give him a chance,maybe he will make that 200 dolars 100.000 dolars in one night.How can you know?'' he said.Bouncer nodded his head and got out of Joseph's way.Ky-Mani went for and handshake ''Good luck fella i hope you earn some money here today but dont forget to give me my cut.'' he said.'' Of course!'' Joseph said and slowly strolled to closest poker table.

Broken-Glass-Santina walked into The Plague Palace, shaking her head. This place is like a ghost town, she thought. Who do I have to shake down for a bite to eat? She walked up to the bar and motioned to the bartender. She leaned against the bar, her gown hugging at her ample bust. She took a drag of her cigarette.

"Excuse me, señor, where can I get something delicious to eat?" smoke curled from her lips as she batted her eyes at him.

Having seen a pretty young gal recently stomp out of an abandoned restaurant complaining about being hungry, Insomnia follows her to the Palace. Walking inside he quickly notices Santina leaning against the rail of the bar ashing out her cigarette looking behind the bar for someone. Letting out a slight yawn he cups his hand over his mouth while also checking his breathe as he approaches over.  

"Err hermm" 

Clearing his throat to get her attention he cracks a faint tired grin while slowly extending his hand out showing he came in peace.

"By chance would you happen to have an extra cigarette I could bum off you? Apologies for asking but I haven't had the chance to go to the store today. I also see your looking for some service around here, unfortunately you wont find it, seems everyone has packed up and left. Hell I'm amazed how nice this place still looks for being as empty as it is and with the doors unlocked."
