Leaving the funeral of his father, and passing the funeral of several of his father's friends, Gavrilo is deep in thought.  He stops to see a few friends at their speaks, he sounds them out and hears them out.  They speak in quiet tones, they're all scared, they know that surely  the current Las Vegas leadership has a lotta firepower and eyes and ears all over the pleace.  They are coming to realize that they have to do something.  

Taking down one of the most powerful Godfathers in history won't be easy.  Fact, it'll be one of the toughest things that can be done.  But it can be done.  

Bodyguards

We have seen that bodyguards can be vulnerable to attack from the stealthy.  The relatives of those killed by Disorder and his men should be encouraged to hone their stealthy skills.  They should then be dispatched to kill as many Las Vegas bodyguards as possible.  

Remember, nobody sees when a bodyguard gets got stealthily - so people can actually train without being seen, you get me?

A lotta power in LV centers on the number and skill of the bodyguards.  So start killing them and be stealthy.  Always be stealthy.

Think, for one goddamn minute!

Disorder shoots guys that have big guns.  So what people who wanna cause him problems is kill his guys with little guns.  Makes sense!  That way, he'll have a lot less guys.  A lot less guys makes him weaker!

Rogue properly

Stop with the shots guaranteed to miss already!  Choose a realistic target and BAM! Watch him die.

Make some noise!

Make sure everybody knows whenever someone is killed by Disorder - take to the Streets, make people sit up!  Make them fear that they'll be next!  Keep statistics, make sure lists of people killed by him and available and well known.

Exploit what Disorder does!

If he shoots people from another city, then tell that city that they is nothing but chickenshits!  Make them embarrassed, make their own guys embarrassed!  Make it so that the Streets are filled with people who know what's going on and get people MAD!!
