I will keep this short and sweet. There is much building to be done around a lot of the cities and Chicago is no different. I have decided allow Scandia the opportunity to run his own establishment in this fine city and look forward to seeing him continue the fine work that he has done for me throughout my time here.

Sorry it has taken me this long to grace the streets. It has been a long few days. My appointment is by no means a joyous occasion. As much as I thank Iota for his kind words and the trust he has placed in me to serve Chicago I take the mantle from a man who died for the good of his city and this world.

RampagingFox was a good man and not someone who deserved his fate. He accepted the risks presented in front of him and he accepted death for the dedication to Chicago. I take over from him and hope I can offer as much as he did to this fine city.

I won't preach about this that and the other. You don't really care. I'll go about my busines and you can judge me on actions done and not promised.

The world turns on its axis, seasons and years come and go but having my family and Scandia's knowing each other for many generations, I can honestly say that he means what he says Though it may be short and um - no I'm sorry cannot use the word sweet here, simply it may be short when he speaks, you can bet it is full of meaning and well thought over. Congratulations my friend of few words - Chicago is a lucky city to have you.
