72.3% of the games current player base are located in Las Vegas, Chicago and Detroit.

Two crews out of 23 are bothering to recruit, two are full (Hanks and Kharons) so they can be excused but what of the other 6 crew leaders online? I doubt I even need to count the individual hands and members available, I think my point should be rather clear even for those unwilling to accept the truth.

80 people have completed my jobs, all of whom have been contacted.

6 people joined my crew.

Forgive me if my sponsor tag flags off and I don't correct it back on whilst I am on my phone to mop up the  >10% of completionists.

Maybe I am rubbish at recruiting and maybe all of my sponsors are too, although far more likely; this system isn't working.

My Sponsor flag isn't on all the time, yet I have had more success keeping it off then leaving it on.

Shrugs.

I recruited 3 people in less than 24 hours without having any jobs. Massive success!
