The day had turned out to be a warm one. Warmer than usual for this time of year. The only thing that was keeping it from being hot was the cool breeze that had begun to blow. Kaitlyn slowly walked down the sidewalk, watching the hustling and bustling of the busy city goers. She had only meant to step out for a bite to eat, but had ended up strolling in and out of every shop on this side of town. She was looking for something, but yet nothing all at the same time. The breeze kicked up again, swishing the bottom of her dress to and fro. It seemed to dance with a rhythm around her knees. Her brown curls fell gently around her shoulders framing her face, with an occasional wisp of hair blowing across her face. The grey in her dress made her eyes a more dazzling shade of blue then they normally were. Her feet were beginning  to ache from all the walking, but she had one more stop she wanted to make while she was still out. Kaitlyn was going to be having people over for dinner, and wanted to stop at the local bakery for dessert. Her friends had been raving about the Red Velvet cake from there. As she rounded the corner and was about a block away, she heard the faint cries of a woman calling for help. Kaitlyn stopped dead in her tracks trying to listen closely to figure out where it was coming from. "Please stop!" The woman cried out again. Kaitlyn glanced towards the alley and  ran to the side of the building and pressed her body against it, trying to give herself a bit of cover. She peered around the corner and saw a very petite looking woman surrounded by four guys. The woman was clutching her purse tight to her chest.

Kaitlyn opened her own purse and pulled out her gun. She tossed her purse to the curb and made her way down the alley. "Okay boys, your fun is over. Let the woman go, and do not make me ask twice." She raised her arms and steadied the gun at the bigger of the men. They held their hands up in the air and let the woman pass by. She ran crying back out into the streets. Kaitlyn started slowly backing up down the alley, when one of the guys yelled at her. "Where are you going Miss? The fun was just starting."

Before Kaitlyn even knew what was going on, something slammed into the back of her head, tossing her to the ground. Her gun slid out from her hands and a few feet away from her. She grimaced at the pain in her head, and tried to swallow back the waves of nausea she was having. She backed herself up against the wall. How could she have not heard the men come up from behind her? She glanced down the alley. One way was a dead end and the other was blocked by the three new men who had joined the other guys. She started weighing out the options in her head. She knew she needed to do something, and fast.

Don was enjoying a drive around town, it was a warm day and as such he was headed down to a bar owned by one of his friends when he saw a woman run crying out of an alley. Being the type of man who was protective over women he pulled up and rushed over. He walked down the alley, listening for any voices, when he heard a man and the sound of a body hitting the floor. He ran further down the alley before seeing a group of men blocking the way. He pulled his gun and watched to see what they did next.

As Kaitlyn was knocked down to the ground Alacchi along with his friends, William and -Antismurf came running up to the alley trying to save their family member. As the three guys got the the alley the four aggressor started to take off, in the spit of the moment Alacchi said, "Will come with me, Anti take care of her!" Will and Tony ran after the four thugs until they realized they were a bit faster so the took out their guns and shot the guys in the legs. The thugs fell to the ground in pain crawling away trying to save their lives. Will and Tony were walking up to them in a slow scary way like nothing was happening. As the 2 men got to the thugs they both leaned down to them and Will whispered, "Didn't your mother ever tell you not to hit a woman?" Alacchi finished Will's sentence by saying, "and out of all woman you could of picked, you had to pick our sister." Alacchi then kick one of the thugs in the stomach when...

Kaitlyn glanced up trying to focus on what was going on. The world around her was beginning to spin a bit. She saw a man she didn't recognize come walking up gun in hand. She tried to flash him a smile, but the effort was futile. She slipped her hand up to the spot where she had been hit, her hand pulling away with blood on it. Just at that moment she saw Tony coming running up and take off after a few of the men who ran. She looked around to see that two of the men had ducked down behind the garbage can. Her gun was near them and she saw the smaller of the two reach for it. 

Watch out. Gun!

Just as he was about to help the woman up she screamed at him, he looked up just in time to see a man rising to shoot him, quick as a flash he responded by shooting three bullets into the mans chest and walking over to see another man cowering next to him.

Get out of here!

He said to the man and he took off running, before he got more then a few meters away don emptied the clip into his back and rushed over to the woman on the floor. Offering his hand.

Sorry about that, i didnt want to get my suit bloody, im going out for a drink you see.

She watched the man as he offered his hand to her. She was very unsteady, and didn't think taking his hand was a good idea. He had already said he didn't want to bloody his suit and her head was dripping blood from the gash in her head.

Maybe thats not such a good idea. I wouldn't want to get anything on your suit.

She wanted to giggle after saying that, but she heard to bad to even try. She managed a smile. Seeing a man so worried about his clothing was new to her. This was usually something only women di.

Don couldnt help but to laugh when he saw the womans smile, she, as most people had probably never seen a man so worried about his appearance.

Appearance is everything you know, never let the image slip...

At that he looked up to see the 2 men stood over the thugs further down the alley and turned to see her head bleeding.

Youd better get to a hospital...

Kaitlyn tried to move to get up but the world was spinning even faster now. She glanced down at her dress.

Well if appearence is everything sir, then I must lok absolutely dreadful right now. I do believe I have more blood on my dress then in my body.

Kaitlyn placed her hand on the wall and used it to help herself to her feet. She stood there leaning on the wall, trying not to lose balance.

I wouldnt doubt it, I definately wouldnt doubt it... Come here let me help you.

Don takes her arm and puts it on his shoulders, he begins to lead her to his car.

You should really be more carefull you know?

Richie is riding home from his place of work and see's a young fella carrying a young women on his shoulders.He immediately pulls over.

What happened?

He sees that the young fella is trying to get the women in the car because she needs medical attention and needs to be driven to the hospital.

Well I believe I can get you there a bit quicker.I am a crook cop that works for the city of NY and I believe I have a siren and light in my car.FOLLOW ME!

Richie then runs to his car and leads the way for the young fella who is riding the hell out of his bumper.

Kaitlyn was feeling very dizzy and going in and out of sleep. She startled awake to find herself in a car she didn't recognize, being led by a cop. Paniced, Kaitlyn tried to sit up quickly. The dizziness knocked her back into her seat though. She tried glancing out the back window and noticed a car fall in line behind them. It was staying far enough back not to be noticed, but close enough to follow behind them.

NYou wouldn't happen to know who's following us would you?

Don was driving behind the car, he didnt trust the cop but went along all the same... He was gunna be so late for that drink and the guys wouldnt be happy but he had to make sure the girl got to the hospital ok...

Richie then arrives at the hospital,he immediately pulls into the emergency parking lot.

I told you all I could get yall here a bit quicker.

Richie then goes to get paramedics and they take the young women,the young fella rushes into the hospital as they push the gurdle through the door.

Richie then walks back to his car and leaves.

Kaitlyn knew the man who had drove her here had an important date to get to. She waved to him, encouraging him to go ahead and get out of here. The gurney bumped along down the hall. The doctors talked in hushed voices as they bounced to and fro. They stuck her with a needle, containing something that would help relax her. The began fitting her with IVs when Kaitlyn passed out to the world. Hours must have passed before she finally awoke. The hospital room was whiter than white and she was completely alone. She looked down at herself, and saw her dress had been replaced by a hospital gown. She slipped her hands up to her head and felt a line of staples. Her gash must have been worse than she though, cause they had given her stitches instead of staples. The door to her room pushed open and a large man dressed in scrubs came walking in. Kaitlyn couldn't put her finger on it, but he looked so familiar. He sat a glass of ice and a pitcher of water on her table and moved in closer. He pretended to take her pulse and pulled a gun from his waisstband.

Why did you have to step into the alley today. It's your fault my little brother got killed. Now I am going to torture you and give you a slow painful death. Get up, we're getting out of here.

Kaitlyn did as he said and slipped the trench coat he had left here earlier on. The coat was long enough to cover the gown, and he pulled the IVs from her arms. They quietly and quickly walked out of the hospital.

Don had never got round to going for that drink. He felt a sense of brotherly protection over the girl hed helped in the alley, despite the fact he never even got her name. As such hed stayed in the hospital grounds, drinking coffee for hours on end until it was early morning. He decided to go and check on her once again, only to find her room empty. In a sense of panic he ran to the window and looked out, just in time to see her climb into a car with an extremely large man. Something was wrong... Very wrong.

DAMN!

With that don takes off running through the halls, when he came to the stairs he was in such a rush he managed to fall the entire way down, hitting the bottom and springing himself back up, there wasnt time to be in pain, he had to be on top game.

Running out of the hospital just in time to catch it pulling out of the car park Don jumps into his own car, speeding off after them both.

He considers at one point ramming the car off of the road, but that would be too risky. He settles for tailing the car to its destination and taking the guy out as soon as he steps from the car.

Kaitlyn hugged the coat tight to her body This man seemed crazy and she didn't want to upset him more than he already was. The car sped forward and after what seemed eternity, came to a stop at an old abandoned warehouse. He grabbed her by the arm and dragged her from the car through the driver's side. He dragged her by the arm inside the building. He pushed her down into the chair sitting in the middle of the room. Her head was throbbing. The look in his eyes was pure evil. He leaned down in her face.

You look scared little girl, as you should.

Don pulled up and jumped from the car, pulling his gun in the process. The man must of been at least a foot taller than him but that never stopped him before. He ran and slammed into the door... and was sent reeling back from the impact. This was going to take some work. Three attempts later he decided on the unspeakable.

*SMASH!!!*

And Dons car was totalled. He was laid on the floor after jumping moments before the impact. But the job was done and a hole left in the wall. He stood and ran into the building. This was the be all and end all. If he messed up then it was two lifes on the line.
