Diablos steps out of his car and slowly walks through the crowds. They all move aside for him to get through and as he draws closer to the stage he walks to the side and walks up the steps. He walks into the centre of the stage and takes out his flask and places it on the little table in front of him. He clears his throat and smiles at the crowd.

"Good day everyone! A few days ago as some of you might notice with all the gun shot holes in the buildings and the blood stained streets we live in currently that I was involved in a war. I was awoken early hours in the morning by my Godfather, SpaceMountain and he told me these exact words." "Diablos, get your fat arse out of bed and get over here right away."

Diablos listens to the few people chuckle and he continues.

"As the loyal member I was to him even as much as I hated him for waking me up while having my beauty sleep I stuck on some clothes and jumped in my car and headed towards his Head Quarters right away. When I got there I was greeted by most of the very important people in Los Angeles along with some other faces from other cities. I knew immediately what was going on."

"A few hours later once it had kicked off I was laying low in one of the cities I don't quite recall which one as I flew to many during that day, I had a phone call from Robert_Guiscard. He told me simply to get my butt over to Las Vegas right away as he was about to confront the Godfather and take his position and required my assistance. So as his Right Hand Man.. I did so. It all happened in the heat of a moment as I reached Robert and next thing I knew he was the new Godfather of Las Vegas."

Diablos takes a quick sip from his flask and looks at the listening crowds.

"The next thing I knew Robert grabbed me and said to me.." "Diablos, you have been nothing but a loyal Right Hand and I owe you so much." "So.. here is the keys to your new Head Quarters and I would like you to take some of our guys with you to start you off. However don't take to long as SpaceMountain still requires our assistance in the war."

"So here I was standing there shocked and completely clueless what to do. I quickly ran out of the building and down the street to my new Head Quarters. I loosed myself in and took a quick look around. Then after a few minutes looking around I ran back out and turned my attention back to the war. After many many hours of fighting we had finally won and I took the next flight back to Vegas to sort minor few things out in my Head Quarters. While writing up some things I fell to sleep at my desk."

Diablos takes deep breath and stretches his arms.

"Once I awoke the following morning I had most of my new family staring at me and some laughing at the huge wet patch on my desk from where I had drooled everywhere. What can I say? I was knackered from the previous day. They all said hello to me and shook my hand before asking for their first job. I didn't know where to start so I told them to just go about their everyday business to give me chance to set up a few things."

"Now It has been a few days I have finally found the time to come out on to the streets to say a few words. I know I've just told a story but hey everyone else has so why not me."

Diablos looks at Robert_Gusicard who is in the nearby building listening from the top floor window.

"There is the man I would like to say a big thank you to. He has given me this chance to run a family and become the Underboss of Las Vegas. I never thought I would get this chance and for me to take upon this role is a huge job. However I know I am mentally strong enough and I have some fantastic guys along my side such as my Right Hand Man. CantThinkOfAName. No I am not saying that because I can't think of his name its what his parents named him. I guess they were on drugs when they named him I don't know."

"I would also like to say thank you to Mr Kuklinski. This man was the running leader of Las Vegas and is very happy to work underneath me as a Las Vegas captain. He will do a fantastic job under our guidance and I can't wait to get to know him and his family a lot better. I know you'll be a gem alongside us and a great asset to Las Vegas. Also maybe you can show me around the casinos and strip clubs sometime."

Diablos winks at Richard_Kuklinski and then notices SpaceMountain in the crowd too listening in.

"And there is the man who without him none of this wouldn't of happened. Space my brother, friend and who I consider to be my very own father. You are great man, and a father to me. I couldn't wish for anything better then that, you have taught me so many things about myself. I would like to Thank you and show my appreciation in giving myself and Robert this chance to move away from Los Angeles and take our own city. I shall dearly miss Los Angeles and I will always be around to see you guys. You are close to my heart and I will never forget you."

"Now, I have kept you all way to long. So enough chit chat and I would like announce the newest family to Las Vegas."

"LV's SeeD Organization!"

Diablos smiles at the crowd and everyone cheers.

"Now I have some matters to attend to in my Head Quarters. Still have a few things to lay down and some pretty pink wallpaper to put up for my Right Hand Man in his office. I wish you all a very good day and Thank you for your time!"

Diablos smiles and steps down stairs and towards his car.

Still beaming of joy that Diablos is no longer part of Los Angeles, Cruel pushes his way to the front to say a few words.

Diablos, you know i hate you, and i am pretty sure the feeling is mutual. I hope you fall flat on your face, without even an ounce of style.

Joking aside, i wish you the best of luck on your new adventure. I am quite confident that yourself, Robert and Richard will do wonders for the city of Las Vegas. Congratulations buddy.
