Gettin' Dirty Cleaning Service Started by: Mick on Aug 21, '17 22:07

Mick pulled the van around the back of the building and parked it beside the other two that were currently not in use. The vehicles were all identical, white with a large 4 leaf clover decal on either side. The words Gettin' Dirty Cleaning Service wrapped around the picture. Aside from that, the vans did not really stand out too much. Slamming the door, he walked in through the back of the unassuming business. It wasn't a particularly large building, in truth it only held three rooms. It was a dual business, one part was dry cleaning and the other a cleaning service that would travel to clean a business office or home.

In the front lobby, two benches sat on each side of the bright white room. In the middle a counter with the clerk behind. Above the counter was a big white board with block letters that priced the services.

Though they made by fairly decently on the standard cleaning, the specialty service is where the money was really made. If anyone outside the life were to ask about it, they would be told that it was simply a cleaning of preference. Perhaps the outside of the home, or a car. Anything that really kept them from knowing the truth of the matter. For others, it was something that was quite necessary at times and Mick and his men were very good at taking care of. Body and Evidence removal services were in high demand these days, with as much "business" as was being had. The prices for this would vary, depending on what all was involved. The number of bodies to be moved, how messy the job is, whether or not there was any sensitive evidence that needed to be rid of. The prices would be answered upon the question asked. You would either come in or call and make a reservation for the number of people that needed to be taken care of and it would go from there. He would collect the money beforehand and he and his crew would arrive at the location with full gear. Cellophane wrap, a mixture to get rid of the blood and possibly tools that may be needed to hack up a body if it needed to be moved easier. No questions asked as to what happened, as Mick knew it was business. He was there to do a job and that was the end of it.

The room beyond the lobby was where the heavy machinery was kept. It was all on the up and up in case the authorities wanted to take a chance snooping around. Mick was too smart to have a barrel full of acid on site after all. The small room connected to the right from there was the office. Fairly standard really, a desk and chair with a safe in the back corner where he kept his documents and money. Again, nothing illegal. The most sensitive files he kept under the floorboards under his desk, a very slight scratch in the wood to indicate which board needed to be pulled up.

Stepping out into the lobby, he flipped the closed sign to open and looked back at the man he had working the counter. "Alright Roy, we're opening up for business. I've already spread out the word among the family that our services are available, and it should spread word of mouth to other families in the area or other cities. Keep an eye out for people asking about reservations, and for fuck sake don't slip up with a civilian. Don't want them asking questions we really don't want to answer, understand?" Roy nodded and Mick walked passed him and into the office. The phone was already ringing. "Well that was quick now." Picking up the phone he cleared his throat. "Thank ye for calling Gettin' Dirty Cleaning Service, how can I help you today?"

Husky walked in with a bottle of Irish Whiskey, the very kind that Mick enjoyed. He saw Mick on the phone. Grabbing a pamphlet he sat down and perused the options as he waited.

Joseph was who took the call.A few days before Joseph met a fine ass looking lady and invited her to get some drinks in The Rebel's Retreat. They have talked about business and themselves.Later Lady looked into Joseph's eyes and said ''What about taking this conversation to upstairs ?'' she said.He was stunned about how quickly that happened. He thoughT about Don AdmiralAckbar's ''You are  allowed to talk, drink and play pool, poker etc. nothing more in the HQ! '' rule but Lady was so stunning Joseph couldn't hold himself. They went to upstairs and do the thingy. When Joseph lighted up a cigarrette Lady attacked him behind his back with a knife in his throat and said ''You are gonna tell me about your future business plan or something else going to happen.''.Joseph disarmed her in a blink of an eye and stabbed her eye with her own knife and ''How would you think a women like you can question me like this ?'' he said .His face was red as a tomato because of the previous event. After he gone through his anger he started to think '' What the fuck am i going to do? Breaking the rule and an addition to that killing someone in the HQ ?''.He looked out of the window and an idea came to his mind ''How about Mick's new business maybe he can help.'' he thought. He called Mick ''Thank ye for calling Gettin' Dirty Cleaning Service , how can i help you?'' Mick said.Joseph was talking with a deep voice'' Hello Mick i need your help with something but i cant talk about it on the phone. Can we meet in somewhere?'' he asked

Mick pursed his lips together as the voice at the other end of the phone answered. He gave a wave over to Husky as he sat and read the pamphlet, inhaling and cocking his head from one side to the other. He recognized the voice as one of their own and the worry didn't sound very good. He nodded as he spoke. "Sensitive, right. Got it. Yeah, come on down to the office down here and I'll get you all squared away alright? Don't worry, whatever it is will all get smoothed over one way or another. See you in a bit." He hung up the phone and sat in his chair a minute, bringing his fingers to idle along his chin. What could Joseph want? It sounded relatively urgent. Whatever it was, he was more than happy to help an associate of the family. Standing, he pushed the chair in and walked over to Husky, extending an invitation for a handshake. "Welcome to the place. Simple really, but it gets the job done and doesn't stand out. You don't need my services already do you?"

Shaking his hand Husky replied, "In our business, you never know. Though I do hope today is not one of those days, I just bought new shoes. I came to see how the place looked and where it was in case I need to find it. I'm proud of ya Mick. I look forward to the day you have a chain of these all across the country. Here's a present for you, don't drink it all at once. " With a wink he was out the door with the pamphlet.

Joseph grabbed his pitch black coat from the hanger and got out of the HQ.Weather was cold and a little misty, clouds were dark,Joseph's soul was lost at the moment. Before calling Mick He had a long time thinking about what he have done. His eyesacks were all swelled up and purple because of tiredness and lack of sleep.A couple of minutes later He saw a taxi and blew his whistle.Taxi driver saw Joseph's face through the rearview mirror while he was strolling slowly towards the vehicle and felt sad for him. They did not talk much other than where they were going.Joseph was looking out of the window to shit looking streetwalks and more shit looking people.''We are here sir !'' Taxi driver said loudly.Joseph handed over a 100 dollar bill and ''Keep the change.'' he said. When he turned his head to his right a bold vein popped up in his forehead ,Don and his hands together getting out from their fine ass looking vehicles. He ran like hell to first back alley he could find to not seen by the Don.

Mick watched as Husky left the lobby, and peered out onto the street. He saw a cab pull up across the way and a man step out, in a very conspicuous black coat. He seemed somewhat panicked. After a moment of staring, he realized the man to be Joseph, who he had just hung up with a short time ago. He followed his gaze to see the uppers getting out of their own vehicles, which only made him seem more panicked as he went and ducked into the nearest isle across the street. Pursing his lips, Mick opened the front glass door and walked out onto the concrete, tipping his hat to those that noticed him. He didn't run, didn't draw any attention to himself as he followed Joseph into the alley and caught him by the shoulder. "You're sweating like you just got caught jerkin' it by a nun. What's the matter with you? Why did you call?" He raised a brow and cocked his head to the side as he contemplated many other questions that he would have, but he would wait for now.

Joseph took out his hankie and wiped off the sweat from his forehead and asked for a cigarette from Mick before saying anything.Mick gave him a cigarette and lit it while Joseph was holding the cigarette between his lips.He took a long drag and exhaled the smoke over Mick's left shoulder. Then he started to talk about what happened.Mick was interrupting his explanation time to time for questions but he answered non of them he kept telling about the trouble he has .When he finished talking ''So what is the plan ? I mean i will figure out one that is why you are paying me for but maybe some ideas?''Mick asked.''I don't have anything in my mind for this madness , i'm not able to take that much shit in one day.The only thing i can say is here is my room's keys'' as he hand him a keyring ''and the body is in my closet.'' he said and started to stroll down to the sidewalk.A couple of steps later he got back to Mick and ''You are going to clean the room too right ?There is a lot of blood ....So much blood on the floor and mattress? Not the body only?'' he said.''I got it pal.No worries! Your room will be spotless and there will be no bodies aside from yours when you go in there in 12 hours.'' Mick answered.''Okay ..... Yeah I  k-k-k-now(his hands were shaking) ''just checking it will be a-a-a-a-ll right.'' he said and turned his back to the street and started to repeat ''It's all gonna be alright.'' in his head as he walk away from Mike .
