On a hazy, summer evening, a charismatic and energetic young gentleman darted across the bustling street square, gathering the attention of the bystanders enjoying their evening out. Before scaling  himself in between a rail and lamp post in the middle of the square, and addressing the crowd.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is a TRUE story.

This land of ours is full of opportunities, both legal and illegal. However, in this ruthless dog eat dog capitalist world, where lies, cheats and mischief is a matter of survival, some are just pure wicked!  People, a shark has washed up onto our shores and it is feasting on your hard work and bank accounts. Ensure you have a strong psyche, as it preys mainly on the venerable weak minded souls of wealthy businessmen and woman.

He goes by the name VM Varga. I know what you're thinking, what's the VM stand for?  Well it is rumoured to stand for 'verum mendacium', Latin for truth and lies. As VM Varga will blur the lines between the truth and your perception of the truth, to cleverly charm and gaslight you into believing what he wants you to believe. Not much is known about his history before landing here, although he seems to have a vast knowledge of other global affairs and cultures.
 

But what i do know is his tall, pale, lanky figure that usually wears a cheap brown suit with a second hand blue and yellow tie, with crooked shark-like teeth. But don't be fooled by his appearance! His well spoken British accent which is riddled with quotes and jargon only helps to further fool you into his trap. It's almost ridiculous how resourceful he appears to be, as his main source of power comes from engrossing information. Specifically information on people and what makes them tick, this is almost more precious to him than wealth itself.
His ruthless i tell you, ruthless!"

The gentleman takes a deep breath and steps down from the railing, walking among the now silent crowd.

"You'll remember that big shot Edwin Drake from Philadelphia, the millionaire petrol head that went insane? They say that, Varga was spotted multiple times visiting Edwin just before he was administered into a mental hospital. He manipulated and coerced that successful businessman into a psychotic state which lead him into signing very elaborate and shady loans, before eventually leveraging and bleeding out the multimillionaire company.

Oh, and not to mention all the homicides that have emerged since his appearance, lawyers, workers and close relatives of those from the petroleum refinery that Edwin owned! His completely obtained outright ownership of the corporation and all those transport trucks and endless supply of gas that comes with it. I bet it's now used to launder and facilitate Varga's narcotic distribution enterprise up and down the west coast."

Whispers are heard among the crowd, as curiosity falls onto the square, the gentleman works the crowd like a true professional rolling up his selves and continues the storytelling with an over-suspense like manner.

"Oh it only gets worse folks! The word on the streets is that Varga is now working for or alongside the Yuzu crew, who recently started to operate out of Philly. This could only mean one thing, Varga will start to become heavily intertwined in mafia circles, thus increasing his thirst for power and financial expanse. Mainly in the form of corrupt business schemes from behind the scenes to mask his illegal activity of himself, and now his new mobster acquaintances. No longer are we dealing with a lone shark anymore people, he is becoming well connected in dangerous areas."

The young gentleman pauses as the crowd start to mumble amidst themselves. He glances up at the building on the square behind the crowd, to see a figure in a window resembling that of VM_Varga, who's been staring down at the square all along. The speaker straightens his collar and places his bowler hat on and walks away into the night reciting the same sentence.     

"Beware the mysterious loner, as he edges closer and closer!"
