Okay let's just say hypothetically a Don by the name of DonQueen spanks me in the ass in a public area. I take offense to that, I'm a wiseguy and they're like some super serial killer Don with high BG's and a loaded gun. When I duel him, does his BG's, rank, and kill stats give him an advantage over me? Why would it? I can't imagine my BG's or his BG's would interfere in an actual duel. I'm wondering if BG, rank, or kill stats would affect and bring an unfair advantage to a player. Like let's say a lower rank was the one who was disrespected, how is it fair that he doesn't have a duel where the upper rank has a clear advantage? I'm not sure if their higher level stats even affect the duel to begin with, but if it does, can that be removed? I mean if I meet you at dawn with a pistol, I don't expect your BG's or my BG's to interfere or a title. However maybe your experience in killing and using a weapon might matter a bit more, but not by much I mean, this isn't sniper school but a duel. Any suggestions? 

Always said that, although Kills should be taken into account, as it means you are a more acurate shot, over some goomba, who has barely held a gun let alone fired it at anyone.

The duel mechanic is just a 'gamey' gimmick anyhow - what mafiosi in their right mind would actually duel like in the wild west?
