Any user with less than 33% success rate on voting, has been admin wacked.  We are incredibly lenient on vote fraud, but I think it's time to make this a regular thing.  It's important that if you click the +'s and claim the rewards, that you actually do the work you are claiming the prizes for.  I understand that sometimes computers will glitch, connections will drop, you'll wander away with explosive diarrhea - whatever... things happen...  This is why we set the ratio to 33% completes, 67% non-completes to be considered for manual review for admin wack.

There was a much much larger list of people, however, a large portion of them died in the previous war, and the war that started up during our review process - those people should consider themselves lucky that they died at the hands of another player and is not labeled as an admin kill.

Please, if you vote to get rewards - follow through - be honest :)
