Hey all,

I think this should go without saying, but don't kill any unsponsored members from Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York or Philadelphia!  Needless to say you can torch members of Chicago or New Orleans at your leisure unless they find families quick enough. 

Is there anything left to torch?

I also lay down my agreement into the protection of LA, LV, NY and PH. These members are not to be touched!

Apparition, I don't think you count as you weren't a soldier for Chicago during the war, just a helpless, homeless thug looking for a home.
But of course, having a parent in the war doesn't make you guilty either, so I think you'll be fine.
