So, right now, to win hearty you have to hold it for five minutes... here's my adaptation:

once the pot is started, it runs for ten minutes, anyone can buy in, but instead of restarting the pot, it keeps counting down. At the end of ten minutes, who Evers "holding it" gets it.. kinda like hot potato. I'd also say you don't get a timer, just a message saying you're holding it to encourage action to grab the pot asap.

id also like to see the winners and who's holding the pot on harty again. I understand it was removed because of bullying, but it was easier to get engaged when you knew who you were competing with. Like seeing someone's poker face, you can judge if you're working against one person or three, it encourages  cooperation and communication with other players. There are plenty of people a player can go to about bullying, and if it's that big a deal, add a public chat to the harty page so all game communications go through it.
