OK, I've just read the thread about second server/world.

IF that happens, and I don't know whether I'd support it, I would suggest the following.

The 2nd world is very much a throwback;

• No districts
• 6 cities (possibly adding more as the demand increases)
• A return to the old days of established drug routes - for example, heroin in New York will always be cheaper than in Chicago, and Cocaine in Chicago will always turn a good profit when shipped to New York

And some other changes

• Increased chance of fatal wackback (maybe graded, so after 100 kills, your chance increases)
• Increased chance of "1%"
• Some kind of forced retirement at a certain age - if a player makes it to one year alive, they can no longer run a HQ, they have to stand down - they can stay alive, but they can't be a leader or a hand

And casinos being cheaper to buy, but also vulnerable to attack.

Basically, gearing the whole game up to shorter and potentially more volatile times.

I remember the days when being shot in your sleep was a major bugbear.
