OscarTheGrouch walks down Sesame Street with his bald and brawny bodyguard Grown-up Gordon. His brown unibrow is furrowed in an angry expression as he lugs himself up the sidewalk inside his bullet-hole ridden trash can.

"What's wrong, Oscar?" asks Grown-up Gordan.

"I'm bored!" Oscar replies grumpily

Grown-Up Gordon offers Oscar a pleasant smile

"Well Oscar, when I'm bored, you know what I like to do? I like to perform a petty crime! What do you say you and I head down to the Sesame Street Pawn Shop and see if we can run a scam!"

"Leave me alone!" Oscar retorts.

The two make their day down Sesame Street together towards the Pawn Shop.

"Here's what we'll do, Oscar" says Grown-Up Gordon as he rolls up his shirt sleeve and removes his gold watch. "We're going to go inside and tell the shop owner we want to sell him this gold watch. When he turns his back to get the money, we'll swap it with a piece of junk and make off with the money! If he gives us any lip, we'll work him over with your trash can lid until he stops moving."

"Whatever, Grown-up Gordon." Oscar frowns. The two make their way into the shop and approach the counter. Oscar places Gordan's gold watch on the counter as Grown-Up Gordan negotiates. After a quick appraisal, the pawn shop owner offers a price. Oscar accepts

The pawn shop owner turns around to get some money out of the cash box as Oscar swaps the gold watch with an old bent-up can of tuna from his trash can. Oblivious to the slight-of-hand, the duped pawn shop owner hands over the money in exchange for the garbage tuna can. The parties shake hands and OscarTheGrouch and Grown-Up Gordon make their way out of the store with the money and the watch

Outside, Grown-Up Gordon gives OscarTheGrouch a big cheery smile.

"Hey Oscar, that was a really great job you did in there! Now all we have to do is split the money, and maybe next time we can go EXTORT a shop owner! Do you know what extort means?"

"I'm not giving you shit Gordon. Scram!"

"But... well... can I at least get my gold watch back?"

"MY watch!"

OscarTheGrouch lowers his head back inside his trash can and slams the lid shut. His two green furry legs pop out of the bottom of the can as he walks slowly back up Sesame Street while Grown-Up Gordon stands alone on the corner like an asshole. Grown-Up Gordon smiles, shakes his head, and shrugs.

"That's our Oscar!"

Entertained, Sampson gets out his Bert & Earnie stuffed dolls and places them on the bench next to his tickle me Elmo and Big Bird. He waves at Oscar while at the same time waving the arm of the big bird.

Bert and Earnie had somehow fallen over on top of each other towards the end of the bench. 

Costello had been looking at the cheap firearms inside the pawn shop when the pair of men walked inside. Costello suddenly stopped and watched to his amusement as Oscar went to work. He almost felt a little bad for having such a big smile on his face, then he thought better of it. After the show was over, Vinnie steps outside and applaudes as Oscar goes into his trash can. Speaking with a wink and a smile, he exclaims,

Ohhh Oscar, your a grouch!

The mobster goes back to his daily routine of business and exits the streets.
