It was whilst standing in the LVCF HQ with bullets slamming into walls that RK gave me Part I of this manuscript.  He wanted me to know what happened when great men were given great powers and great responsibilities.  He wanted history to know why he made the difficult leadership decision he made and for others to learn from him.  He handed me this and said “all solid empires come to an end.  The Tsar in Russia, the British Empire, the German Empire, the Incas and many others.  it seems that it is now the time of the LVCF to fall.  We fought so that others could live.  Greater love hath ono man than that he lay his life down for his friends.  Go now, son, so and tell them the truth”  I ran out with this and put it somewhere safe, returning for the other chapters, including Part II, which you are about to read now...

The LVCF expands..

At a strategy meeting attended by all members ranked Made and above (excluding Don_Wheeler), it was decided that we should do what NY suggested and open another HQ in Las Vegas.  There was much deliberation.  Stormy51 was the obvious choice, but he was needed to be an effective LHM for the main LVCF HQ.  Debate raged, Invisible_Kid was good, but needed more experienced, Roma needed to stay where he was, as my RHM, Don_Wheeler was in adult school, being taught not to make silly mistakes.  On and on it went, the back room of Premier Properties alive with debate and discussion.  Eventually, TheKing was granted Auth to start a 10 man HQ.  He was given some cash and some help and off he went.  He had been a quiet member, a good earner.  Nothing fancy, but he got the job done.  The deal was, he had to pay tribute of $3M a week, once he had paid back the $5M that he was loaned.  So far so good.  However, he missed the first two payments, which was OK – I gave him more time.  Then RK’s accountant pointed out that TheKing had spent $3.8M in the Las Vegas casino owned by RK.  So..  RK went to TheKing and asked how much he had taken in the past week – “$2M” was the reply.  Lie number one.  RK started to evaluate what he was to do..  He installed someone into TheKing’s family to keep an eye on things, codenamed “midget-rat”.  Midget-Rat came back with some disturbing news, TheKing was borrowing money from NY loan shark Gaius and had bought a bigger HQ.  TheKing had asked if he could do both of these things previously, but I had said an emphatic no – not until he proved his mettle.  Midget-Rat, by now RHM of TheKing’s crew, also described how it had become sloppy and disorganised – some I did not tolerate in Las Vegas.  I told Midget-Rat to stand tall, that action would be taken.  I flew to NY were I had a meeting with some of the top men there.  At the sit-down, it was made clear to me that either Gaius takes the shot – or RK assumes the $4M debt.  Not for the first or last time, RK went to bed and let NY sort out a problem.  TheKing was shot dead, Midget-Rat and the rest of TheKing’s men came into the LVCF fold and Las Vegas was returned to normality.

RJFuller

RJFuller was a MadeMan in the LVCF, who had a chance at running his own HQ, but was a failure of epic proportions and was shot by NY on RK’s instructions.

JamesTerranova

JamesTerranova was Mystery’s son.  Mystery was wiped out in Las Vegas while the LVCF watched and waited, then fired a few shots in their general direction, assisting the war effort and allying themselves with Kerrrupt and Pollo, who by then were the clear winners in the war.  James was bitter.  His father and RK had been friends, James felt that RK’s siding with Mystery’s enemies was cowardly and that RK was an opportunist.  Those that know RK and the LVCF will know what an absurd thing that is to question.  James defected from his family and started a HQ in Las Vegas, he was shot and killed before he could do any damage to RK or the LVCF.  The quick manner in which this incident was dealt with said much about the esteem and high regard RK, Las Vegas and the LVCF were held in at that moment in time.  RK had shown decisive leadership in taking out the two men he deemed as Captains within his city and then saw off a rogue attack.

Inside the LVCF

All was not well within the HQ.  RK once told me that his favourite thing to do was to count all of the money that he made from his casino and from taxes, whilst leaving the ‘little people’ (no, not RJ, his RH & LH) to look after the family.  A few people pointed out that this was not wise.  So it was that RK set up a training academy within his HQ.  Some powerful friends of RK’s had told him that he could get shot over some of the things that his members were writing.  RK wanted to continue to show the ‘Strongman’ leadership he was by now famous for and shoot these members, but was persuaded not to by his RHM.  RK still maintains that one of his best achievements in a glittering career was when Don_Wheeler managed to write a post in the streets without it being mocked to the point of tears.

RK’s Right Hand – Mr Richard_Roma

Richard_Roma was a good earning veteran of this thing of ours.  RK was proud to have him as a RHM.  He felt for the members, sorting out their issues and making sure that RK kept taxes low.  For this, he was given the paltry sum of $10,000,000, all of the LVCF’s money in New York, first choice on many IA kills and a number of credits.  His hard work and dedication helped RK immeasurably.  Richard_Roma was a true gentleman, he is greatly missed.

It wasn't harsh.  RJ got a small HQ, the power went to his head, he acted like an absolute unprofessional 'tard, got killed and that was that.  Oh, there is the failed suicide bid, that was pretty funny.  And of course the claims that you set the whole thing up, planned your own death so that RK would have killed two captains in a week.  And RJ said on his deathbed that "the whole of the MR world is rocked by my death" 

Funny stuff - but unimportant to the history of the LVCF

I am curious as to why you considered this a lie, it is perfectly conceivable that RK's HQ told him that he had taken $2m in a week and he was able to spend $3.8m in your casino. He could have won the money in a different casino, he could have earnt the money himself which does not show up within your HQ.

I must say it is yet another riverting chapter in this story and I think we can all agree this is a fairy tale of a story. How many more are there to come?
