When the last of leaders from the meeting earlier tonight were escorted to their cars and seen off, Kharon nodded to the guards to close the gates and went back inside.
Still thinking about the content of the meeting while walking to the empty and quiet office where just a few hours ago the crew leaders of every city were discussing, and the only thing left now was the scent of cigars and cigarettes and the half empty glasses of alcohol.

Kharon sat down and took a paper and started writing, it was a productive meeting and he wanted to let the public know what had been decided that evening.
Thinking about whether there was a faster way to inform the world, he decided to address the public himself and hand out a transcript of that speech so that it could be spread out to the other cities.

There was already quite a gathering at the square before his speech, the square was almost packed and as he was approaching the stand he noticed that people were leaving the restaurants and bars to listen to the speech.
 

Hello everyone,

As you all know there has been a meeting tonight with all the other leaders in this world. It was not a long meeting and we agreed quite fast. 

At this moment all center districts in the cities are filled and the leaders of these center districts are going to organize more families setting up soon, preferably in all districts to give all crewless people a home. This might take some time due to the shortage of funds available to everyone right now. We hope by doing this, everyone can get a place called home and start rebuilding.
This decision was unanimously agreed upon by all leaders.

Kharon looked around and saw some faces clearing up and smiling again. That was a good feeling and he stepped down from the speaking corner.His head bodyguard was already there to guide him home.

The death of Romance was indeed a sad thing. We all wish this had not happened, but it has. The meeting between our leaders seems to have been a success, and now all we can do is look to the future. That is what is necessary right now. We put all of the hostilities aside, all of the feuds and the time for revenge is beyond us now. If we as a community are going to fix this hole that has been torn in our world, we need to come together to do it. 

I for one appreciate that the leaders decided to come together to decide where our next step would be in creating a better world for us all. Perhaps now, we can move on from the days past where people were held at gunpoint and seemingly not allowed to achieve and now allow them to flourish. Perhaps even opening up some of the districts to the public would help here as well? There are many strong and dependable people still in this world who I know could help this rebuilding process, and bring us closer to prosperity.

Ravi approached the conversation, sipping on his favorite orange juice.

"Thank you, Godfather Kharon, for the explanations! It is nice to see the situation is now all under control!"

Tyrion spoke up, drinking some wine while locked arms with Ravi

"Gotta agree with you there, darlin'. It's nice to see the leaders actively working toward a solution, instead of carrying on the violence."

After taking a final puff of his blunt Caine spoke

"Good to see some direction formed quickly after a total shell shock to the community. The community is only as strong as it's inhabitants, and I hope to see a flawless rebuild to our homes."

W.W loved what he had heard from the great GF Kharon. It's exactly what he had hoped for, some new air, some new friends, some new memories.

Not having the free time to actually attend the speech herself, she managed to obtain a copy of the transcripts. With a cup of tea in hand she reads over the short but to the point speech.

"Kharon I thank you for addressing everyone, and letting the populous know the outcome of the resent meeting. I do have a few questions I hope will be answered. First of all was this the only thing discussed at the meeting, or was this just mentioned here because it was the most important and relevant topic? If not, will we be informed about the other things talked about? Secondly will there be other crew leader meeting in the future to discuss other plans to help shape our world for the better?

Again I thank you for your time, I'm sure you're incredibly busy"

A cigarette was hanging down from Rev's bottom lip and he yelled

''Hey big boss ,since funds are insufficient.Can we rob all of national banks to build our HQ's.(everyone was like HAHA )We need cash to flow ,everyone is broke these days!'' 

Dropped his cigarette on the floor while yelling and ''Fuck it was my last one !.Hey Twins do you have a cigarette?'' Twins handed his package to him .Rev lit another one up and continued to listen the speech.
